Even though they are doing some renovations it was a very pleasant stay. They allowed my dog to stay with us and in that heat it was very important that she could stay in the kennel in the room rather than the car. I will stay there again when I return to Flagstaff.

Property looked older- so did the inside with some holes in the wall - like a camera could be inside????? The bed was heavenly, though

The beds were soft only plus. Everything else was horrific.

They overcharged me at checkout and ORBITZ as usual did nothing about it, even though ORBITZ had given me a confirmed checkout rate, The hotel is disgusting the rooms are newly refurbished, not very clean though, I found other peoples hair in the shower. I will NEVER WORK WITH ORBITZ AGAIN, its the second time I lose money with them

we are more than happy on our stay. the staff are great, the rooms are big and clean. breakfast is really a plus.

Hotel room could use some repairs. Bathroom door was rotted at the bottom from water damage.

Room cleanliness was fine upon arrival, but the staff overall was not friendly or helpful. I was told I needed to find housekeeping to get extra towels (they only gave us 3 when we booked the room for 4.) Housekeeping placed soiled towels back on the rack to be reused (it was a washcloth that clearly had make up all over it). I accidentally spilled coffee on the sheet on my bed and housekeeping did not changed the sheet, they remade the bed with the dirty sheet! When I asked for them to bring a new sheet and change it, they brought the sheet but I was told I would have to remake the bed myself. Pool was clean but the chairs were filthy so we had nowhere to sit to supervise our children swimming.

Good hotel but the bathroom where staying is broke the floor need to renovate and no microwave also.

It was filthy, the room smelled, there were stains on the pillow cases, and the door was very HARD to lock!!!! Spend your money somewhere else. We wore shoes in the shower.

When we got in our room, we noticed the hole and blood stain on tge comforter. Was going to ignore it since it was covered by another sheet. Then anotger guest tried to walk into our room as he'd been given keys to it. Our keys were reset in the process. I hadnt had someone try to barge into my hotel room before, not something I'd like to experience again. The staff tries hard, but they're not given much to work with.

They have just renovated all rooms New beds, toilets, showers and bathrooms The morning breakfast was just ok but totally worth the price we paid I would definitely stay again

The quality of the common spaces and room were lower than I expected based on the pictures. The room and bathroom looked very outdated and sort of dirty on the floor boards and in the shower. The common space/ breakfast area was not very nice.

Hotel was being remodeled. It was much needed because much of it was out dated and worn out. When checked in lady was nice but not helpful on getting us a ground level room. The two guys that worked there in the morning were super nice. They redeemed the place. Oh a breakfast was good too!

From the name, we expected more than what was delivered. To be fair, most of the issues we encountered on our first night were resolved the next day as promised, for which we were grateful. But there were cosmetic things you couldn't quite ignore, such as peeling paint in the room, and a bathroom door that didn't seem to fit the door frame. The beds were clean and comfortable though, and that is important. Breakfast was a joke, even by "continental breakfast " standards so we ate elsewhere

housekeeping needs training!
