When I got to the hotel the key didn’t work and I had to go back to the front desk to activate it; when I got to the room there was a family staying there already. I returned for second time to the front desk and they told me that I had the wrong room. I was given a different room and when I showed up the room was not ready. The cleaning staff was there wearing masks with the noses exposed and kids with them not wearing masks and jumping on the beds. The front desk clerk was rude (Bradley) and refused to provide the contact information for management and gave me a number that went to voicemail. I asked him for his name and refused to give it to me too. I asked for a refund and cancelling the stay as the room cleanliness and

When we arrived the check in employee was no where to be found. There was a sign on the desk that said “back soon”. We waited for 15 minutes until she finally arrived. She didn’t apologize for the wait and was very rude. The rooms were large and overall nice but I don’t like that the door faces the outside.

Don't be fooled by pictures. It's just a cheap motel.

The area was not so good–kind of noisy, and some suspect people hanging around, although the room was comfortable and somewhat upgraded from an obviously old building. The breakfast was not bad, in spite of Covid-19.

In all of my years of traveling, I have never had such a disappointing check in experience. The line was five people deep to check in and only one clerk at the counter. This made the wait nearly an hour. Once we checked in and went to our room, we found the bed pillows scattered on the floor and the bed quilt turned back with the sheets looking unfresh. We went to the manager who instructed us that housekeeping would be in to fix the situation. I further discovered that there were no new towels and toiletries on the sink. After waiting for nearly an hour, we went to the front desk and asked to get a new room. We then had to pack up and move to another room. This took us several hours from arriving to Ramada to settling into our room.

The property was clean and inviting. The room was huge with only a king sized bed in it. Lot's of empty space. The property map was out of date; the ice machine wasn't where the map said it would be. Staff said the machine was recently moved.

Stayed there in June and liked it so when we returned to Flagstaff it was an easy choice.

Easy to get to and get around to different sights. Parking was a bit of an issue on the west side.

Pesimo hotel horrible, cuartos sucios. No estaba limpia.

Sorry for the inconvenience. But all our staff Follow the CDC guidelines and Wyndham guidelines But as a courtesy we still go ahead cancelled your reservations and refunded your money. We do have cameras all over property there is no security issues at our property. Also Our desk is open 24/7 if any issue in the room is notified we will make sure that it's taken care of right there.
