I arrived late. I’m basing it upon the young man that helped me checked in. He was very accommodating to my request. I couldn’t take my bags upstairs and he assist by finding another room downstairs. He was helpful. Even late as I arrived he was still in good spirits

Maybe the room was recently remodeled but our stay was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, it met our expectations as a place to stay the night. Not much extra and no breakfast. It was very simple but met our needs for one night.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. My only suggestion is to put an additional mirror somewhere in the room. Would have been nice to have another mirror other than the one in the bathroom. Other than that everything was wonderful. Quick easy check in and staff were very nice and accommodating. We were traveling with 16 people.

Not going to lie, when I deep dived into reviews of this place AFTER booking- I prepared myself for a back up plan. But honestly, it was not that bad. My room was clean- it didn‘t smell of piss, there wasn‘t stuff smeared on the walls, there weren‘t any bugs or stains. So Idk. Maybe I got lucky with the room they put me in? It was just a standard petite suite, the smallest room they got. Check-in was simple. Bed was clean and comfortable. The TV was outdated but I don‘t watch TV so that didn‘t matter. Fridge worked. Outlets worked. The train wasn’t that noisy. The only thing I would say is the shower was a little dirty. Not terrible but I didn‘t use it. I accidentally locked myself out around 10pm.. was easily able to get another key. If you‘re not a picky person and you‘re looking for a cheap place to crash for a night or two- I’d say this place is fine for the solo traveler. I wouldn‘t bring my girlfriend though- I‘d definitely pay extra for a nicer spot.
