The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large and the beds were great. The Hotel was in a good location close to old town. The only suggestions I would give are to have a better coffee maker in the room (ours did not work well at all) and a lamp between the beds. It would have been nice when watching TV and reading in bed. The overhead lights were too bright for relaxing. I would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly

I did not like the level of noise, paper thin walls I could hear everything going on, which caused me a sleepless night.

Updated finishings. Key card system is slow, but all around good value.

There are only two good things about Subcontinental Indian-owned Hotel Aspen Inn and Suites: 1. The price (perhaps the third-cheapest accommodation in Flagstaff); and 2. The free hot scrambled egg and sausage breakfast prepared and served by a cheerful and courteous gentleman. Otherwise, non-working televisions, rattling heaters, peeling ceiling paint falling into showers, and noisy chambermaids, At better bet: Rodeway Inn.

Not comfortable beds and heatet very loud, breakfast was very good

Breakfast was great and staff was nice at the hotel but beds were not comfortable and heater was very loud

Clean rooms. Free eggs breakfast. Some sound from freight trains, but OK.

Staff was nice, breakfast was nice. The man working at the breakfast was great! Room was not clean. Bathroom shower was not clean. There were stains on the walls. I wouldn't cal this a hotel / suite. Maybe just a motel. One night stay was good enough.

I was expecting a lot more from this location. The room had drawers with no knobs or didn't even open. No extra sheets for the pull out sofa. The refrigerator didn't work. There were cracks on the base of the jacuzzi tub (didn't use). There were cracks in the mirror above the tub and in the windows. The curtains were installed backwards. On the plus side, the staff at the breakfast bar were very friendly and helpful.

Might not look like much going in, but i absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Had a great breakfast were our waffles were made and brought to my table. Honestly not one thing i can find to complain about. I could talk about how great the staff was all day though.

The heater was right next to the bed which made it hard to heat the room without hot air hitting your face but everything else was awesome!

Cheap hotel. Partially remodeled. Nice view. Good location

Cute place and the pool temp was perfect! Comfy bed and very friendly staff.

Price great but mattress uncomfortable pool great breakfast ok.
