Maintenance of rooms could use some help. Clean enough. Trains all night long. Breakfast was good but lacked variety

first room was disfunctional and not clean. Second offer was ok.

needs updates in rooms, pillows and sheets, thats it.

A great reasonably priced hotel with a breakfast to boot. I came in by bus and left by shuttle and was able to walk to an interesting downtown.

It was absolutely digesting. I get that it was low cost but there is absolutely no reason the sheets should be dirty. There was black hair all over the top sheet, long black hair, and I am blonde. There were stains on the under sheet, yellow big stains. There was a hole in the wall with electrical wires coming out. The water in the shower never got hot. The floor had not been vacuumed. The towels smelt disgusting. The sink was even dirty! And even outside was bad, it was unkept and there was trash everywhere! It was just terrible. When I talked to the manager all sorry said was "well sorry" and did nothing to make it better. Overall, it was a digusting experience. Would NEVER recommend this and I will not be going back.

Decent hotel for the price (better than others in the same range).

We got 2 rooms. The room I stayed in had an upgraded bathroom that was pretty nice. The person in the other room said the bathroom was pretty outdated. Looks like they are in the process of doing some upgrades in the rooms. Heater worked, bed was pretty comfy. Close to downtown. Was better than I expected for the cheap rate we got.

Nice hotel, close to downtown and food. Rooms are being remodeled

Nice stay, nice staff, nice room and great deal. Nearn downtown as well. Will stay here again if rolling through Flagstaff.

A small and nice hotel located close to the center of town. Nice staff and the room was the same as pictured.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It was ok. We had a large group and in total, had reserved 6 rooms. 3 of the rooms the heater did not work. 2 of the rooms, did not have hot water. It was 25 degrees at night, so that's a BIG deal. The hot water was fixed, but BRRRRR! The staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was better than expected. It was Hot and good. We loved the Social Hour from 5-6:30 p.m. every night. They offered to free drinks (Beer or wine) to adults and hot chocolate, juice and soda for the kids. The room they had that they served breakfast and social hour was clean. We also went their during off hours to watch football game with our family, and just to hang out. So that was nice.

The room smelled horrible - like mildew and cigarettes, the breakfast was bad - food was probably rancid, eggs and potatoes tasted like freezer burn.

Excellent room. Clean and comfortable bed. Free breakfast.

This is a nice hotel with friendly and efficient staff. There's a complimentary happy hour (2 free beer or wine, and chips and salsa) and a nice complimentary daily breakfast. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable and, if you like to walk, the downtown is an easy .5 miles, which we did. Our ONE major complaint is that the rooms could really use a vacuuming. And I mean it. I took the air conditioner filter out and it was SOLID dust. I had to take it outside and bang it for 5 minutes to clean all the lint and dust out. Same with the carpet. Get down on your hands and knees and give the carpet a good twack with your hand and you'd better step outside with the door open for a few minutes or you're going to choke. I DON'T recommend this hotel if you have ANY kind of dust sensitivity. Fortunately, we don't, and we only used the room as home base while we were there, so it wasn't an issue for us. I WOULD stay in this hotel again...however...before I check in, I WILL call the manager and make sure that my air conditioner is clean, as well as my carpet, or I'll have a backup hotel lined up. If you do that before you arrive, I think this is a great value hotel, close to town, with some nice amenities.

Good location other than the fact that a very busy rail line is literally across the street (100+ trains a day). Ample parking. TV wasn't picking up a signal, maintenance came and it fixed it within 5 minutes of reporting. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in desperate need of a facelift and cleaning. Fridge and microwave in the room was nice to have. Free breakfast buffet was good.

Rooms were old and AC/Heat never worked right. I was afraid to walk on the carpet and bathrooms were clean but decided not to use them.

They allowed dogs but at $25 per night. No grassy area to walk the dog. The full breakfast offered dry, over cooked scrambled eggs, sausage links and greasy potato tots. The waffles u made fresh yourself (good) but no butter. The bathroom had multiple large patched water leak areas. Poorly maintained. The second morning very early a tour bus idled outside the room for an extended time.

The motel has been updated but poorly done. Situated near the train tracks, it was a noisy night.

sign sneaks up almost went by it,small area for breakfast, gets crowded quick.
