Some good, some not so good

Although the hotel had a few nice amenities like a beautiful heated pool, and nice cool ac, room darkening curtains, first floor rooms upon request, a comfortable bed and large bathroom, it also had some issues with cleanliness (dirty carpet that turned our feet black), damaged vanity and drawers, outlets that didn't work, a nightstand only one one side of the bed, no hangers in the closet, no alarm clock or clock of any type and dirty grounds with quite a bit of garbage floating around. We would stay again in a pinch. We liked that our service dog was allowed to stay without a charge.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. We were given a ground floor room as we requested. However, the room was quite small (barely enough room for our luggage) and the air conditioner was making loud swishing noises. We couldn’t sleep with the sound so we turned it off in the middle of the night. Good thing it wasn’t hot.
