Overall the motel was an extreme bargain for my pocketbook (ordered online.) There are a few maintenance problems.

Friendly staff handled check in. Room was clean but looked as if it was still in need of final touches of a remodel. Only one small trash can in a room that had two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms. Shower curtains were incorrectly hung. Sinks were new, modern, but no counter space for a woman to put her makeup bag. Curtains to black out rooms were torn, allow light in. Doors to adjoining room are missing blinds that once hung to allow privacy between rooms. No coat hooks in bathroom and/or in the bedrooms.

The staff was gracious and excellent, but the motel its self is a classic case of lipstick on a pig. They've put some upgrades into an old roadside motel (the rainfall shower was actually quite nice), but have no really maintained the property since. Our blackout curtains had holes in them, our door was two different colors, the furniture was banged up, our bedding was old and frayed, etc... Still, the rates are hard to beat and, overall, I feel it was a decent value, especially with a nice (if simple) breakfast included.

Thus great hotel is a ten minute walk from downtown Flagstaff. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean and spacious and the parking is good. I recommend this hotel for anybody looking to enjoy a weekend in Flagstaff.

Shower is not like anything I have seen before. Bad motel.

Sadly disappointed with our stay. Long wait in a cramped lobby to end up with the last room on a ground floor. The Mini-Suite was quite mini, not so sweet. Terribly small & outdated, a Motel 6 experience. I was expecting more for the price I paid.

The room was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly. Great location close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was pleasant and bed was comfortable However, facilities in general were very rundown. Hair in the bath tub and on shower walls.

No hot water and the door had a big crack in the upper part of it where bugs were getting in. And the lighting outside was very poor.

The hotel was very nice, good condition and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling. Cant wait to come back.

It was a lovely last minute stay here. Stayed in the presidential suite which comes with a full kitchen! So nice!

Furnishings are old falling apart. Rust and mildew in bathroom. Cracks and holes in walls. Needs paint. Bed too soft. But it was clean and quiet. Certainly not an Executive Suite as labeled on the door, unless Flagstaff executives (if there are any) have super low standards.

Maintenance of rooms could use some help. Clean enough. Trains all night long. Breakfast was good but lacked variety

first room was disfunctional and not clean. Second offer was ok.

needs updates in rooms, pillows and sheets, thats it.

A great reasonably priced hotel with a breakfast to boot. I came in by bus and left by shuttle and was able to walk to an interesting downtown.

It was absolutely digesting. I get that it was low cost but there is absolutely no reason the sheets should be dirty. There was black hair all over the top sheet, long black hair, and I am blonde. There were stains on the under sheet, yellow big stains. There was a hole in the wall with electrical wires coming out. The water in the shower never got hot. The floor had not been vacuumed. The towels smelt disgusting. The sink was even dirty! And even outside was bad, it was unkept and there was trash everywhere! It was just terrible. When I talked to the manager all sorry said was "well sorry" and did nothing to make it better. Overall, it was a digusting experience. Would NEVER recommend this and I will not be going back.

Decent hotel for the price (better than others in the same range).

We got 2 rooms. The room I stayed in had an upgraded bathroom that was pretty nice. The person in the other room said the bathroom was pretty outdated. Looks like they are in the process of doing some upgrades in the rooms. Heater worked, bed was pretty comfy. Close to downtown. Was better than I expected for the cheap rate we got.

Nice hotel, close to downtown and food. Rooms are being remodeled
