Website says hot breakfast all we got was yogurt and granola bar .. it is Dec 25 today .. I had booked two rooms with small children. Our children were starving due this pathetic conform in hotel .. really regret the decision of booking this place from orbits

Nice lobby, very attentive and friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable bed. The room smelled a little musty and the carpet was wrinkled so possibly there had been a flood? It needed to be replaced.
This hotel is run down and maximum star i would rate this is 2. It is like a truck stop.

The pool was not open in the morning, only the evening. Also although there was a bathtub, there was no means to stop the water from running out. In addition the floor outside the tub/vanity area was so slippery my kids fell 3 times. The bed was comfortable. The yogurt was good, but the microwaveable frozen eggs and egg sandwiches were disgusting. All in all, not my beat Comfort Inn experience.
We had a great time. Central location. We found everything we needed.It was nice and clean. It was a great value for the price.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was super nice, and free breakfast was awesome. Parking was good and convenient to the freeway.

Hotel staff has no clue what they are doing! We stayed there in 2 rooms thru orbitz and decided to stay extra day in one room for the night to leave late that night. The are currently double charging me for that extra day and no communicating very well in resolving the issue.
Nicer than I expected. Room was on the small side and AC only goes down to 66 but beds comfortable, room clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Pool and spa are small but still fun for the kids. Free breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve experienced.
Traveling from CA to TX with a 4 yo is no joke! Thankful to be able to fall into most comfy beds and sleep like baby.

We are sorry about pool & spa unfortunately spring break crowd did all daily activities, we changed water 2 times in that time period to established use for other guest somehow system did not respond immediately so for safety of other guest we decided to keep it closed
