Close to freeway central location to The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams. Hotel clean with pool and small gym, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and staff was friendly.

The staff was rude, and did nothing to accommodate needs.

Very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. Will stay there again if in the area.

Room was big, Bed was big and really nice. Pillows were sooooo comfortable. Lots of space in the room. bathroom was a little small. But I like that the sink and mirror was outside of the bathroom. We had a small patio which was nice. It is not a 4 star hotel but it was nice. The pool and hot tub was really small but it was nice that they have it. We enjoyed it. Breakfast is really good as well. We would stay here again. It is the comfort inn now as well.

Got there at 2:15pm and two vehicles outside. Manager said it was way too early to check in. So I waited until three. Staff came I at 8am (didn't knock) them turn around and walked out.

It's a good one night stay. The pool is indoors and the water was a bit green for me. But people were swimming in it. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy at all. The hotel needs to be updated. There are older style tub TV's in the rooms. The coffee machine is in the room but you need to pay an extra $10 to get coffee. The location is easy and convenient to the highway. Breakfast was minimal. They only had make your own waffles, bread, mini muffins, cereal ( types) and apples. It's a standard Econo friendly Hotel, The staff was nice and the place was clean.. just old

Have stayed at this Econo Lodge before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location, not too much train or freeway noise. Always liked it but...this time the room needed special attention. The screen on the window had been cut open-not a little slit but a BIG hole. The 'non smoking' room reeked of cigarettes and the best part was the scorch mark in the shape of an iron on one of the chairs. Please: Have your housekeeping staff at least make an effort to have the room not stink and alert your maintenance crew to obvious problems with things.

The counters need attention around the wafffle machines. Lots of empty cups, and mix every where. Not a good breakfast for diabetics. Nothing but carbs and no protein.

This a convenient stop along the highway. Nothing fancy. My bathtub was clogged, the water wouldn't drain. Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people upstairs scurrying around all night. If you get decent sleep on the first floor, consider yourself a lucky person. Also, the wireless passwords didn't work.

The bed was comfortable, liked the frig, room for plenty of drinks etc. even watched a few movies on tv, only problem - when taking shower in the am no hot water, barely got wet and water was cold!

Made reservation 1 week before NAU family weekend. Rooms were hard to find that late so prices were higher than normal. Reserved a King Non-Smkg room, when hubby got sick and couldn't go the hotel nicely changed to 2 Queens non-smkg so female friend could come along. Room was the quietest I have EVER been in. Only comment is it is an older hotel and while room was clean in general - the bedspread was obviously dirty. I feel new carpet would be a great eye-approval upgrade.

Couldn't sleep as the bed was so hard, both us thought the car would have been more comfortable. Would not do that again.

pool area is small for a indoor pool.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool clean and area kept up.

We stayed one night on our way home from California to Colorado. We needed a place that would accept dogs and on the internet this place stated that pets were allowed. When we got there with our dogs the manager was very rude and said that he was going to charge us extra. My dogs were very quiet, did no damage and made no mess. Would not stay there again. Also the place was very noisy.

I've stayed at this Econo Lodge several times in the past and have always been pleased. Until now. A shower that stunk of mildew, sloppy housekeeping and a lack of little things like coffee packets. Sleep was very difficult because of the loud in room heater that was really annoying whenever it would come on. Probably won't stay there again. Really surprised at the deterioration.

Didn't like the area I stayed at. Close to other hotels, freeway and industrial area.

Easy check in, adequate room. Location was conventient to sites in Flagstaff and easy to get to off I-40.

room was small. breakfast was not much. had to ask for towels and wash cloths.
