This has never been rented, no reviews, but check out my other property with only perfect 5 stars. Enjoy our brand new free standing home, beautifully decorated and equipped for a relaxing mountain view retreat. Great for families, couples or groups! This centrally-located home 5 min drive from downtown Flagstaff. It’s best feature is access to everything about Flagstaff, NAU, Downtown, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl and Williams travel!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great rental for short or long stay. The kitchen has great cookware, dishes and a nice selection of serving items, storage containers, etc. Everything you need to prepare meals. The location is great. Close to downtown, golf course, freeway and outdoor activities. Bedrooms and bathroom very nice. Ample towels for your guests. Be sure to visit Little America (very close by) if you are looking to have a nice dinner.

Great for young family of 5!

We went up to Flagstaff for the North Pole Experience! This location was SO CLOSE and PERFECT for us. The bunk room was great for our two small children and we were able to fit a pack n play in another room. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels .. you know, allll the things you need as a young family! Very seamless check in and check out as well, which we so appreciated. The owner was very responsive via text when I couldn't find the wifi (it's on the screen on the wall! oops!). We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips! Thank you!

Fantastic stay

Up here for family weekend and decided to give this property a chance. We’re so glad we did because this place was clean, comfortable, well maintained and had everything you need. It’s very centrally located near trails, downtown and NAU (7min drive). I can’t speak enough about Thane- great communicator and he made check in and out very easy. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. My wife and I will be booking this home again.
