The host answered all questions I had before booking. Great place to stay. Family friendly. I'd recommend all my friends and family to stay here and would gladly book again in the future.The home was super comfortable and cozy!

Beautiful Home with and ideal location

We really enjoyed the house. It checked all the boxes for us and everyone was comfortable. The location was ideal as everything we wanted to do and go was 10-15 minutes

We stayed here with 5 adults. The home was very well stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The property was a perfect place for our family with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, the house was spotless and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and new property.

Location is great! 10 minutes from anything you need/want. The property is a new a new subdivision that is highly desired. The property has most everything you need to cook for a large group. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Immaculate property

This property was nothing short of amazing! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything you would need. About 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff which made it easy to find stuff to do and places to eat. Thank you Kathryn for such a great stay!

Beautiful house and neighborhood

The communication with Kathryn was easy and the house was absolutely stunning. It is build in a brand new neighborhood just 10 minutes by car from downtown Flagstaff. Would love to stay here again when we come up to Flagstaff.

Have stayed many places but this one was the best!! Extremely clean, new, and well stocked. Couldn’t believe all the things that were provided at the property. Will definitely stay again when back in Flagstaff area!!

Lovely Home

We booked this home for a last minute family spring break trip because we were able to bring our dog. The home is newer and was squeaky clean upon arrival. Location is close to everything and the hosts were very professional. We would definitely stay again. Our only regret is that we didn't stay an extra day!

The host had great communication. We had an overall pleasant stay at this beautiful home. The location was fantastic — close to downtown, great hiking and walking areas, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing with excellent water pressure. We also appreciated the TV cable access and channel selection. There were a few areas that could use improvement. We did not find any cleaning supplies to wipe down counters during our stay. The kitchen pans were a bit old and rusted, and the outdoor grill did not heat above 250 degrees on high (it appears the burners and flint could use a deep cleaning). There was no remote for the garage door, which would have made it easier when leaving the house. We also noticed some of the towels had black stains on them. With a few updates and maintenance improvements, this home would be an even better place to stay. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in your lovely home!

Wonderful pet friendly home

We checked in on a Monday and checked out on Wednesday. Check in was easy. The property had a lovely fenced backyard for our two dogs. Unfortunately, you don't find out until you arrive that they do not allow pets upstairs. They did provide a baby gate to block them from going up the stairs which was absolutely necessary for our pups. Also, we had an issue with the trash cans. The neighborhood garbage is picked up on Wednesday so we were required to put the trash bin out on Tuesday night. When we arrived on Monday, the bin was overflowing with garbage and the garage smelled like a garbage dump. Two safety issues we noted; the side gate did not have a lock, and the front door has no covering making it easy to see into the house at night. The property location was close to everything you might need, grocery stores, restaurants etc. All the amenities of home were available. We were able to cook and enjoy comfortable furniture. There were even board games provided. The outdoor sitting areas were beautiful and comfortable. They provided a gas fire pit too.
