CONS: $150 hold for incidentals is crazy for a 3 star hotel! And then a $10 parking fee which was never mentioned at check-in. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable- I got zero sleep. The pillows are huge! If you like sleeping with your neck at a 45 degree angle then you won't mind them. No complimentary coffee.. you do have an espresso machine in your room if you like espresso. Machine was quirky, though. No microwave ☹️ Couldn't get the TV connected to the wifi so no tv or streaming 🤷‍♀️ PROS: Very clean. The shower was amazing. Hot water and serious water pressure. It was the highlight of my stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Good location.

This hotel was a wonderful pleasant stay. The room was super clean, the staff was extremely helpful, cheerful, and welcoming! The bed was so comfortable! I would highly recommended this hotel. We will definitely stay again when visiting out college student.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and would stay again! The staff is friendly, the rooms are well-designed, and the beds are very comfy. I loved the espresso machine! A few times during my stay, I wished I had a microwave for convenience in the room. The showers are nice but there is no way to adjust the water pressure, which is so strong that it's very uncomfortable.
