This hotel was clean, its location was convenient and the set up was nice (enter @ the parking lot with another entrance/exit on to the gorgeous terrace to a shareable fire pit). The staff was super friendly! The only suggestion I have is there should be instructions of how to use the in room coffee maker (I couldn’t figure it out). Sedona is a beautiful area! So blessed to have spent a couple of days enjoying a once in a lifetime trip : )

The hotel was a nice looking place, great views but the room was just ok nothing special at all. It was dark and because of COVID they did not clean the rooms each day. If you wanted a new towel you had to ask for it. They do not serve breakfast, lunch or dinner, they have some pears, bananas and oranges available for you at the bar which was good. They also have an assortment of things in to walk up small coolers. But they are extremely expensive. My wife and I got two cans of water, two small yogurt squeeze tubes and two small cheese sticks, we thought this would be maybe 10 bucks well we were charged $50. The staff were nice but hard to hear as they are soft spoken. The views from the hotel are some of the best. The jacuzzi not much to talk about as the jets do not push much water and the pool area is ok. Also there are no elevators and the stairs a a little steep but not difficult but people with disabilities would not be able to stay on anything but the 3rd floor.

Amazing view of the Red Rock!

Loved the convenience of grabbing a early morning coffee and breakfast snacks in the main lobby, while taking in the stunning sunrise. Live music on the back patio with a glass of wine at sunset was paradise! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Looking forward to staying here again for our next visit

Very tired.

The views from our side of the hotel were breathtaking. The rooms were small... no microwave... no fresh towels each day. The rooms were dark. Luckily the weather was beautiful and we were able to spend our time out and about.

The location of the property is great! Lobby and amenities very good, music on weekends, yoga&meditation, pool, fitness. I didn't like the bed matress, pillow case and linens. It's time to change bedding. Also i was not a huge fan of "go and grab breakfast". The choice was poor. Good coffee & tea.

The views of the red rocks, close to hiking trails

The hotel is an old one that had been refreshed with trendy design but not totally .Bathroom needs an update better than being painted in a cool blue faucet are very old and used so is the shower..View is pretty but room has not private balcony you will have a lot of people walking in front of your window not very private. The location is very good

Clean, quiet and updated. Very accommodating staff and friendly service.

The views from the room and patio were amazing. We visited during the COVID outbreak so many of the amenities weren't available but we had a great stay.

Loved the view hated that we had to ask for multiple items that should have been in the room before we checked in also beds comfitter was dirty upon arrival

Loved the view! The staff was so friendly I would definitely stay again 😊

Amazing views, lovely fire pits on the deck, friendly staff, nice huge hot tub. Such a relaxing stay

The views and terrace out of our deck were amazing to wake up to every day. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were minimalist but whatever we needed the excellent hotel staff provided. We stayed during the start of the shutdown from coronavirus and the staff did their very best under such teying and challenging circumstances. The only reasing for the lower score for amenities is because the spa/fitness center was under renovation.

Beautiful views. Nice staff . Clean rooms. Overall great stay

Just Poor timing since the hotel is undergoing major renovations; so even the pool was closed. However, you could never beat the balcony views, there were spectacular. Even at night with the fireplaces lit and groups socializing.
