This place would easily have 5 stars if they took care of it a bit better and had the amenities to command such a price tag. The owners are responsive, the location is excellent, and the bedding was good.1) Much of the dishes and silverware were dirty we had to clean them ourselves.2) The coffee maker only makes 5 cups which is really equal to 2.5 mugs. Not that big of a deal except it takes almost 25 minutes to brew. With multiple people in the house, this became a huge hassle.3) The Bocce court would have been awesome except they are missing the Jack making it useless.4) The Corn Hole they have is starting to rot and several of the bean bags don't have beans5) The grill is charcoal which would be okay if they had charcoal and lighter fluid available. Instead I had to contact the owner who had someone bring charcoal over. They were very responsive. But, the charcoal was not instant light and they did not provide lighter fluid. I had to tear up paper to get it started which took almost 45 minutes before I can even begin cooking. They should have a propane grill like every other rental.6) The hot tub cover is falling apart, fraying, and just appears gross. I would not step foot into that thing just on appearance alone. 7) Some minor stuff I would not have listed but because of the other issues here they are: The kitchen could use a thin plastic or silicone spatula for cooking eggs. There were no measuring devices. They can use more than 1 dish towel.
