We stayed one night on our way from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon. Very comfortable king suite with thoughtful amenities. It would be easy to stay for a week and cook simple meals with the well stocked cupboards. Location was excellent for access to Red Rock State Park and nearby restaurants.

We stayed in a studio and it was perfect with the small kitchen. The resort has many pools and is in a nice setting. Easy access to everything. Our room had a slight musty smell but was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

I thought that it was really nice. The staff was really nice. I’m now understanding the vacation club. But they gave me a beautiful room. I met one of the maintenance workers that was getting off of her shift and she seen that I was lost and gave me a ride to my room. She was from Guadalajara. I thought she was amazing. The hotel does need some updating, but it was still nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The stiffness made it unbearable to sleep, making this trip exhausting. I did try calling for a mattress cushion but was given another bedsheet. The staff were friendly and the views were stunning.

The only issue that we had, was the sofa bed, was un useful, and th hotel staff couldn’t hel us changing the mattress, they jus gave us some blankets an a foam that didn’t work. Finally, my two adult daughters who slept in the sofa bed, got a terrible back ache

Very Pleasant Place to Stay

We really loved the layout and the pleasant surroundings. Nice pools and easy to take walks around the property with lovely views. It was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Very nice area to stay. Walkable, 4 pools. Clean rooms. However, noisy reps trying to sell you timeshare presentation. Our room has a shower maintenance issue, which /I would expect in some motel, but not in this location.
