The resort was fine, room was ok but the heat/furnace vent was so damn loud it drove me crazy, plus it blew almost right on top the bed. Staff were fine. Check in and out was easy. Good location, large property.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. It had a full kitchen, washer/dryer large shower in a separate room from the tub and sinks. Very nice stay. I didn’t know it was one of those time share places where they try to talk you into going to a 90 minute presentation in exchange for a food voucher, but other than that it was truly amazing.

The room was very nice, we appreciated the kitchenette and the extra space. And the view from our room was lovely. We didn’t like being pressured to attend a time-share pitch (we didn’t go). Since we weren’t expecting that, it gave us a negative vibe. But besides that, our stay was nice.

Great location and price so it's hard to complain much but upon arrival we were immediately thrust into a pressured pitch to take a timeshare tour, which we said no to at least 3 different times before finally exiting. The pool/hot tub area by our room was closed for maintenance the whole time, not a big deal since they have 4 pools BUT the ice machine was in that area and was therefore unable to be accessed. I texted the lobby letting them know and they offered to bring us a bag of ice, which was very kind, but it took an hour and a half and the person who delivered it kicked the door and was a bit rude. Be prepared to pick up cooking spray as they do not offer it with the kitchenettes - you get salt and pepper and coffee though, which is nice. Also had an incident where a service person attempted to enter our room at 4:30 in the morning for a maintenance project because he thought it was vacant but luckily we had the safety bolt latched so he was blocked out but it scared the crap out of us. He was apologetic and did his best to amend the situation, so we do appreciate that. Overall, this is a decent budget hotel - you get what you pay for. It looks nicer than it is and they want you to sell you timeshares lol.
