Restaurant poor service- waited for food for quite awhile- water was never refilled and slow service altogether. For this type of resort food and service should be better for the pricing.

Nice restaurants on site. Friendly and courteous staff.

There is little negative to say about our stay. We found the staff gracious and helpful, accommodations excellent and the food good. We will be back.

Biggest difficulty was the long distance between the room and parking because of the weather and rain while we were there. The staff would provide transportation but would still have to walk when returning to the site. Great staff and facility.

Took my 8 yr old grandson there to celebrate his birthday - wonderful experience for the both of us!

We had fun swimming in the pools. We like our room.

Hotel was nice, maid service was a little lacking but not terrible. (Didn't have room cleaned till after 3:30pm on one day, shorted on towel the next). Stayed there because of its close location to numerous hiking trails in the nearby mountains.

What a great stay! Beautiful mountain views all around! Excellent Sunday brunch. Beds were so comfortable!

Our recent stay was overall decent. Having stayed at other Tucson resorts, this one was lacking in some areas. The views were gorgeous and the property was beautiful. Our room however had bugs and the bed wasn't very tidey upon arrival. The front concierge staff were great however the bar tender and gift shop evening staff were very rude. Perhaps a bad run of luck with staffing that evening? Willing to give it another shot another time.

nice location, layout though scenic was confusing, very family children oriented in common area

I needed to go to Tucson several times this past summer. I loved, loved, loved staying at La Paloma. The systems of pools and their cooling made the stay luxuriously refreshing. The beds are super comfortable. The view and ambiance of the hotel create a peaceful respite from the heat.

Rob Malone took care of all our needs and there team of people excel on resort service . Red Door Spa was a great way to unwind and the grounds are stunning. Our new go to resort in Tucson. Next time golf for sure rained out while we were there.

This was our second stay. This is such a great place for a quick getaway!

great family hotel with an enormous amount of amenities - pools galore, water slide, several hot tubs and right on the golf course.

Poor check in process. Many people in line. After getting to room, we realized it was missing something. Walked back to lobby and waited in line again. Was told to call housekeeping. Went back to room and was told by housekeeping that it would be 20-30 minutes.

Nothing but the BEST and the service was exceptional

We were in only in town for a wedding and only stayed at the resort for one night, but we were very impressed with the rooms and the resort. The concierge and bellhop had mentioned the remodel of the rooms and the pools as we checked in, but they were better than we expected for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was plenty to do to make the stay enjoyable. Beautiful views from the balcony and gorgeous well-kept grounds to explore.

Perfect place to stay in Tucson. Classy, clean, majestic lobby and fantastic view of foothills from the lobby and also the dining area. Wonderful experience.

The hotel was a top notch place! The employees were super friendly, the view from the balcony of the room was beyond compare! The room itself was beyond my wildest expectations! The bed was the best part of all! I never slept better! Room service staff were very friendly but the prices were a little steep! Overall I would recommend the place to everyone!

My husband and I LOVE staying here. It is literally 10 minutes from home! At least twice a year for us! Thank you for another great stay-cation!
