Great location, beautiful grounds and great service.

The setting in the Catalina Foothills was beautiful. The property was not the easiest to find at first.

Getting a ride to our room was SOOOO convenient! The entire grounds are gorgeous and clean.

Love staying here! The front desk staff is awesome, specifically Tracy who makes it a point to get to know the guests and make sure they have an awesome stay. The pools are perfect temperature and they have enough lounges so it’s not over crowded. The swim up bar is my favorite!

The property itself is beautiful. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool area and spa experience. Unfortunately we had a bad first impression while trying to valet our car and check in. Randy was beyond rude and indicated we couldn’t valet our car until we checked to see if our room was ready. He was so off-putting, I pulled into self-parking and hiked with my bags up the stairs in 105 degree heat. We won’t be back ever and we travel to Tucson frequently.

The service was excellent. Our room had so many bugs and my 4yr old granddaughter was kinda freaked. Little black bugs. The food although good and nutritious is definitely not kid friendly. Need more room service items for people who havve very young kids ( ex regular chicken nuggets). Pizza though is awesome !!! I couldn’t get more shampoo or conditioner even though I asked. And towels that were thrown on floor were hung up again. Beautiful property though

The resort is beautiful and the pool is very clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our only complaints have to do with there not being any robes provided and that the "Mountain View" room was directly blocked by a Mesquite Tree which also provided with amble mosquitos making the balcony basically useless. Also we are not sure if the AC was not working but we had it set to 68 deg and where hot to the point of disturbed sleep.

Beautiful hotel and the staff is so helpful. They let us check out later than usual so my son could nap. They switched rooms when I was unhappy because I could hear the people above us walking (all night long). My only complaints are the food is not good and the spa is way over priced.

I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved each day and night. I took advantage of the poolside, fitness gym, spa, restaurants, in-room dining, and local shuttle service. I loved every minute of my stay except for the check-in. Since I booked through Orbitz, they announced to me that since I booked through a 'third-party service' that I wouldn't get my points, but would get the credit for nights stayed. I said OK and that was fine. However, the treatment by the reservation host was less than optimal. He smirked at me and treated me like I had the plague since I didn't book directly with Westin. I stay with Westin and other Marriott Bonvoy properties almost exclusively for business. I didn't deserve to be sneered at. He correspondingly gave me a room on the lowest level floor which I had to change because the people above me were stomping all over the place. It was quickly changed and I was moved to a third floor room. I loved every minute of my stay afterwards. The outdoor balcony was my favorite because I could bring fresh air in all night long and sit on the balcony, read, have lunch coffee, etc. A big problem though is that they still allow smoking on the premises. This should be banned! I had to close my door because my next door neighbor decided to light up. They should 100% ban this disgusting practice from such an upscale resort.

Beautiful hotel, great pools, very clean and well staffed.

I liked pretty much everything. The only thing I can think of is that I could hear the people beside me and above me all hours of the day. That was a little irritating when trying to sleep. Otherwise it really is a beautiful place to stay.

This hotel has gone way down. The room didn't feel clean and the beds were made horribly. The pool isn't worth it either because there is no bar service, you have to get up to get your drinks and they close at 5. Basically they charge as if it were a way better hotel.

glad to see people of my color working there - wonderful!

Can't wait to go back!! This place exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was nice but the rooms were very far from the lobby. Drinks at the hotel bar seemed way overpriced for Tucson. Property was very dark and hilly - hard to navigate at night. Otherwise a good resort if you don’t have a lot of bags and like a lot of walking.

Great views of the Catalina’s. Great facilities. My family loves the pools. Staff was super nice. Coffee maker in our room wasn’t cleaned found that out when we went to make coffee this morning. On site restaurant, Azul, is over priced with a children’s menu that is utterly unappealing to children.

We've stayed here in the past, but this last visit was beyond disappointing. Our beds looked so poorly made that I had to inspect the linens to make sure they were in fact clean. (They were, thankfully) There was only one toiletry in the bathroom, which was a half used bottle of lotion. Not even a bar of soap to wash our hands with. Our room was also missing a bathrobe. I did not even care to use one at this point, but feared that I would get charged for one even though there wasn't one there to begin with, so I called the front desk to let them know what the room was lacking. No apologies, simply a "Someone will bring you the items shortly." When I told my husband that I was thinking of taking a bath, he went over to the tub, ran his finger across the basin and was disgusted when he saw the layer of green and white film that it left on his finger. I don't know what possessed him to do that, but I'm glad he did because I didn't realize how filthy it was. It was already getting late and we were only there for one evening, so it was not worth it to complain and request a clean room. Maybe it was just bad luck the last two times, but next time we may just consider another resort.

We are sorry for the inconvenience of not having a robe provided and will make sure our Housekeeping supervisors are aware of this. Our landscape has some mature trees, and although we do our best to maintain them, sometimes the shade they provide impacts our beautiful views. We regret you did not enjoy the view from your room.
