Reserved a room with a view and requested extra pillows because i have a bad neck. Showed up, and they had overbooked because of convention and no room. Took her several trips to the back and finally after like 25 minutes i had a room. Got to the room and walked out to balcony to check out the room with view i paid extra for. Ahhhh the view was of the freeway and had to call for pillows. No microwave. Beautiful place but my room with a crappy view was disappointing

I was recommended this hotel because of the view and buffet. I didn't get the view I wanted but I can forgive that. Half the lights and the fan didn't work and the shower was kinda dirty. I was excited to try the buffet but for what I paid for, it wasn't worth it. The staff was very pleasant. I was disappointed that I didn't get the same experience as the person who recommended the hotel to me did.

Checked in late and ended up with 1 bed instead of two like I reserved. Took staff a long time to bring the rollout so didn't get to bed until after 2am. I lost the paper rock scissors game with my buddy so I ended up with the rollout. Switched rooms the next day. Hung out by the pool as the front desk said it would be ready by around noon. Wasn't ready till after 2pm which caused some stress as we had somewhere to be by 4. Beautiful hotel with awesome pool, but staff kind of dropped the ball with the handling of our room situation. To their credit, they did waive the resort fees.

Bed was hard. Pillows no structure Other than that everything was great!

Our stay at The Westin La Paloma was amazing. From the hotel staff, to the room and the pools, everything was top notch. The temps in Tucson when we were there ranged from 110 - 114 during the day and cooled off at night to a lovely 95 degrees. But we were quite comfortable at the pools and in the cabana that we rented for two days. The pool staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. The kids loved the giant water slide! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property and the views of the Catalina mountains were both beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

Restaurant poor service- waited for food for quite awhile- water was never refilled and slow service altogether. For this type of resort food and service should be better for the pricing.

Nice restaurants on site. Friendly and courteous staff.

There is little negative to say about our stay. We found the staff gracious and helpful, accommodations excellent and the food good. We will be back.

Biggest difficulty was the long distance between the room and parking because of the weather and rain while we were there. The staff would provide transportation but would still have to walk when returning to the site. Great staff and facility.

Took my 8 yr old grandson there to celebrate his birthday - wonderful experience for the both of us!

We had fun swimming in the pools. We like our room.

Hotel was nice, maid service was a little lacking but not terrible. (Didn't have room cleaned till after 3:30pm on one day, shorted on towel the next). Stayed there because of its close location to numerous hiking trails in the nearby mountains.

What a great stay! Beautiful mountain views all around! Excellent Sunday brunch. Beds were so comfortable!

Our recent stay was overall decent. Having stayed at other Tucson resorts, this one was lacking in some areas. The views were gorgeous and the property was beautiful. Our room however had bugs and the bed wasn't very tidey upon arrival. The front concierge staff were great however the bar tender and gift shop evening staff were very rude. Perhaps a bad run of luck with staffing that evening? Willing to give it another shot another time.

nice location, layout though scenic was confusing, very family children oriented in common area

I needed to go to Tucson several times this past summer. I loved, loved, loved staying at La Paloma. The systems of pools and their cooling made the stay luxuriously refreshing. The beds are super comfortable. The view and ambiance of the hotel create a peaceful respite from the heat.

Rob Malone took care of all our needs and there team of people excel on resort service . Red Door Spa was a great way to unwind and the grounds are stunning. Our new go to resort in Tucson. Next time golf for sure rained out while we were there.

This was our second stay. This is such a great place for a quick getaway!

great family hotel with an enormous amount of amenities - pools galore, water slide, several hot tubs and right on the golf course.

Poor check in process. Many people in line. After getting to room, we realized it was missing something. Walked back to lobby and waited in line again. Was told to call housekeeping. Went back to room and was told by housekeeping that it would be 20-30 minutes.
