Having live music in a hotel with 4 floors until 2AM in the morning is not acceptable. We moved from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor which helped slightly. We will never stay at this hotel again. I would expect some kind of compensation for our inconvenience.
Stayed here because it’s downtown. That’s the plus side. Room had no controllable thermostat. TV was broken and stuck on 1 channel. Channel buttons changed source/input. Very strange. Sink was outside bathroom in room. Weird. The 1 old antique chair in room was broken. No mini fridge or other amenities.
Had to pay $25 parking on none hotel property (which is extremely limited) and no validation available. Found out when got to properly.
This is an old, quaint hotel right in the midst of Flagstaff. Our room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. We stayed over a Friday night and the noise from the street and rowdy people up and down our hallway did not stop all night long. Needless to say we got no sleep.
The front desk was very knowledgeable about the nearby shops and restaurants.
Historic Location and great location to walk around the downtown Flagstaff area. The hotel was dated and the elevator was broken. However, I did hear a loud unexplained bang at my door at around 0100 hours. If you are wanting to stay here due to it being haunted. It will not disappoint.
The beds were unbearable. Could not sleep at all.
Good location if you want to walk around Downtown (otherwise, I would recommend staying somewhere else) Rooms are small but cozy. The hotel interior is beautiful
We come often! No body informed us cocktail lounge closed. Also asked not to be out in ONE specific room and that is the exact room they put us in! No space, no window to open, air conditioning broken. Literally the size of a closet. Spoke to front desk about it before even entering room at 330 and was told nothing would be done about other than to cancel our reservation. Terrible customer service. Actually, no customer service!
Lovely old historic hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is prime.I love how cute, quirky, and quaint the rooms are. This place is historical and older so knowing that going in I was super excited. I stayed in the double bed room and the bed was so comfy. I would very much stay here again.
I liked the old building and style room. It was very clean and everything work as it should. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great stay. Can't wait to come back.
Ambiance and the lounge was great.
Great location and cool older building.
