We arrived late after watching the sun set st the Grand Canyon - the staff were very friendly and the hotel rooms were spacius, updated, nice, and clean!
The hotel is under construction and the pool wasn’t open. I wished they would have told us
This property is undergoing a significant remodel. The public spaces are complete and very tastefully designed and a perfect match to the surroundings. The attention to detail in the rooms was very impressive. Rooms are generously sized as are the bathrooms Beautiful finishes all around. A late dinner was very satisfying. Do not hesitate in selecting this property.
Excellent experience. Kind and helpful staff, clean room, rich and colorful buffet, good location, ....we enjoyed our stay at Flagstaff so much that we changed our plans and extended our stay for another day.
Comfy and cozy, Better than staying with family for the holidays
Clean updated room. The restaurant was excellent as well!
Stayed for 2 nights before heading to the Grand Canyon. Flew into Phoenix and spent 1 and 1/2 days. Rustic and quaint hotel. Pleasant staff, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Super friendly and polite wait staff.
Food and service was A+. The only issue was that people kept walking through the patio, using it as a cut through. It was disruptive to the dining experience. A short fence surrounding the patio would prevent this. There was no path or walkway leading to the patio area. Other than that it was great. Have not been up there since the remodeling. Very beautiful. Great menu, scallops were to die for.
We stay two nights in the remodeled lodge of this wonderful property. Couldn't have been better.
Hotel room is very clean and comfortable, right in the city easy to get to the places we want to go.
Love the location! Love the hiking trail behind the resort. Easy access to local fun & for highways for day travel. We will be staying here again soon.
Surprised to find such nice hotel in Flagstaff. Walk trails and restaurants features
2nd stay here for Grand Canyon area, nice staff, very clean, good place to grab a meal in evening after long day exploring
A four hour drive took us to this hotel. Our goal was to enjoy some snow. It was beautiful inside and out. The staff was warm and friendly even if we passed them in the hallways. We enjoyed great food, ambiance, and our room was amazing! Loved the huge fireplace in the lobby that beckoned us to sit and enjoy it. The highlight for us was the two mile walking path into the Ponderosa Pine forest while it was snowing! Our room had French Provençal decor and was spacious and lovely to relax in.
My only issue was the bed. It was really uncomfortable. Dinner was a little pricey. Other than that I will definitely recommend and stay here again!
Public areas and restaurant very nice. Grounds are very attractive Room nice, relatively large, clean but dated
Hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas. Christamas Lights throught entire property were nice. Horrible beds. Worst sleep in very long time. Hotel is dated and old, rooms looked and smelled like grandma's house.
I always stay a Little America when I visit Flagstaff. However, this time I got a room that had not been cleaned very well. There are cheetos on the floor and drink marks on the curtains. Also when we took showers the tub filled up and it was gross. Very sad about the room I got. Not sure if it was because I went through Orbitz?
Great hotel and staff but there were weddings and they were very loud
Always enjoy my stay with you. The remodeling is very nice. Thank you
