The place is beautiful, cleaning staff and restaurant staff are wonderful, desk staff not so much. We weren’t offered a room with a view nor maps of the area such as shopping and hiking trails - as we heard being done to each of the guests arriving while we sat in the lobby having our dinner. We didn’t realize our room’s back corner shared a wall with an exit door until coming in late and not being able to ignore the constant banging of the door. We were too exhausted to repack our things and request a move. We figured since we were just staying one night is why we were punished with that particular room. Helpful tips: do not accept room 113 if you would like to sleep peacefully, avoid the first floor - you can hear upstairs neighbors, avoid the eggs at all costs, and make sure to catch the sunset from the meditation area.

The hotel was very nice- but not sure it is in the right price point..? We are seasoned travelers and have stayed at some pretty fancy hotel's, and in there “Hi” season. This hotels had some lovely amenities and a beautiful view in the back, but not sure it is worth same price as the Lowe’s hotel in Nashville- even when the CMA’s are being held…?! And that was with no breakfasts certificates! Also they charged 18$ for parking, not sure why? They did not have any events going on while we where there..? But overall it was nice and clean!

Clean, easy to get to, excellent service.

Beautiful inside. Was frustrating our room could only be cleaned every 3 days. Was a pain to ask for towels daily as well as Kleenex and Tp. Too many stops at front desk to ask for stuff and then lack of communication between front desk and cleaning staff

You have to pay for parking and you have to pay extra to have breakfast there.

The property was beautiful, but very over priced with an additional, unmentioned charge for parking. Not impressed.

Beautiful setting. Heated pool and fire pits. Liked that it was outside of town a bit.

Staff was really nice. Room was clean came with nice toiletries.pool/hottub was amazing and veiw was amazing

Clean and very nice staff. Friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Loved that the rooms were clean and I felt safe.

Nice place to stay and very nice rooms. Newer hotel.

Beautiful area outside of Sedona Main Street. Although Our room had construction view.

Beautiful views and the wall painting in the room!! The entire set up was great!!

Prices for food and drunk were high. And they did not have free coffee in the morning. Let alone a free breakfast like most places.

it’s on the south end of town away from all the shops

Great location in West Sedona. Close to Devil's Bridge and Boyton Canyon trails. Diane the concierge was outstanding.

The accommodations are fabulous and the room we had a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View’s.
