This is a motel with outside room access. Thermopane in room was so bad you could barely see out and inside heavy curtains don’t close ( there was sheers underneath that did close) so everyone walking past can look in your room. Breakfast did offer a nice variety of offerings.

I wasn’t aware this property was set up like a motel, with rooms accessed from the outside. Because of that, it was very noisy. The floor was ice cold—possibly concrete—and the hallway outside the door is concrete, which made me think it likely was concrete with carpet laid over it. Housekeeping needs improvement. There was used, open soap left in the bathroom, and I found several hairs in the pillowcases. Check-in was quick and easy, and both the woman and gentleman at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was decent with plenty of seating. However, the breakfast attendant began stacking chairs about 20 minutes before breakfast ended, right next to guests who were still eating, which I found rude. The microwave in the room was very dated, and I had to look up instructions on YouTube just to figure out how to use it. The parking lot also needed to be salted badly, as it was slippery and unsafe. In the morning, housekeeping was extremely loud and banged on my door aggressively—like the police—which was very unsettling. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Staff performance was horrible. We called ahead to make sure they had our reservations, the woman that answered the phone put us on hold for seven minutes we called back, she did the same thing. We called back on a different number and finally were able to confirm. The room was miserable. Dirty the upkeep had been significantly neglected. The smoke alarm went off four times in our room, the third time I called the front desk. The receptionist said that she would contact maintenance. Maintenance did not come, nor did anyone come just nobody seemed to care. What else? The breakfast was significantly degraded from the last time we stayed here. In fact, we rebooked because of the breakfast. Yesterday, it was horrible. Ran out of coffee twice during our breakfast, there was no staff in sight running the breakfast area. Several times, I had to go to the front desk to get help for the breakfast area. Tables were not cleaned, syrup on floor. Signs of significantly poor management, especially especially since our stayed two years ago. Whoever is managing this place needs to understand the significant decline in all areas.

Staff was passively rude at best. The breakfast was cold and obviously leftover, no juices in the dispensers. Room was unfinished, and sloppily so with paint and drywall mud on the carpet and curtains, no grout in the tiles in bathroom, 2-tone mixed unfinished paint with some areas mudded over with drywall mud. AC unit sounded like a car wreck every time it kicked on and blew out no air. Walls and ceiling way too thin and clould hear even the slightest noise or movement from neighboring rooms. Curtain rod was falling off, so it was difficult to keep water inside tub while showering. We wont be back
