The room was very small and dated. The lobby was in inviting with very low ceilings. The elevator key card worked intermittently. There were multiple holes in the black out curtains. The hairdryer cord was cut off and it took an hr and 2 phone calls to get a replacement.
Just needs a little more updating around the property
A/C in room smelled like it had a dirty sock in it. The Wi-Fi was down. The free breakfast had undercooked eggs and bacon. Lastly, the shower was backed up I had to stand in a pool of water while in it.
My main concern was fear of having my vehicle tolled away by Toll Truck lerking nearby. Was afraid to leave my car while trying to register or check in (until able to list my license plate as a tenant).
Room was very rundown, outdated and disgusting condition
The lady at the front desk with purple/pinkish hair was super rude both in checking us in and when we requested simple items. The property is outdated which I expected but the rooms were also dirty. It was fine for a quick overnight stay but I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend staying here. Pay an extra $15 and just stay at the days inn instead. Absolutely regret not going somewhere else.
Young woman who checked us in was very nice. Room 323 floor in front of the amour was loose and made the amour rattle when stepping in front. No soap in the room to wash your hands or shower. Breakfast was well stocked but toaster was not working and no attendant to assist. Minor issue.
Run down and dirty. Looked like they were in the process of some renovations. I'd avoid this place at all costs until it's updated.
Close to town but out of downtown. You csn walk to town. So quiet.
Quiet, clean place close to the 17 and I40. Very nice rooms, too.
Great Value for money. But front desk staff not welcoming. Internet slow. But otherwise 10/10
I did not realize when I booked this that it was a motel not a hotel. The lobby was uninviting. There was TV room but all of the chairs were out up son could not even sit in there if one wanted (which I did not). The staff took forever to check people in. I expressed concerns about the fact that there were a lot of sports team kids staying there and was told that they tell them "to be quiet". The room was what I would expect from a low budget motel. The walkways to the second floor units were icy. I could see light through the door jam and could hear everything going by the door. I checked out an hour after I checked in. Called there sister brand across the street and asked if I could transfer my reservation and pay the difference, they declined. Checked into the Doubletree instead. It was $100 more but well worth it based on the service and the accommodations.
It was extremely dated. The breakfast was not good. Hot tub was working which is nice for colder winter.
Our bedsheets were not clean.
