London Bridge Resort

First time in Havasu really loved London Bridge. It was close to everything just walk down the hill. Resort has Martini Bar and lots to do for kids. They made me sign a waiver for staying in the 2 bedroom above the bar because of the noise.

Our family of four had a great time during our stay. The kids loved the waterslide. We did bring our boat and rented a slip during out stay, which was a nice convenience. Our only complaint is that the pillows were not comfortable and neither my husband or myself slept well during our stay.

5 nights at this resort included the memorial day "party" weekend. We had a great time despite the parties. We wanted a water view so even though the front desk provided several warnings to us regarding noise, we chose to stay on the 2nd floor above the bar. And actually with our room away from the window, we had no issues. other guests staying on the other end of the building told me they had no issues with noise at all. The resort however, was great, with lots of activities for all ages to join, friendly and helpful staff, and close to restaurants and city center. There are all sorts of water sports and activities just steps from the resort and the channel walk is beautiful. Was a little to warm for us to go on any of the several area hikes. Great location, and atmosphere, i will return again.

Great Hotel and service, this is a family resort with big pools, and you can take the amazing boat tour rides, that I highly recommend. They are amazing for photographers. The best time for boat tours is in March and April. If you want peace and quite go during the weekday. We had a great time,

I mean nothing special. No one there. Room was clean, bathroom clean, bed was cheap, furniture lame. They should sell the stagecoach in the lobby and update a few things. Won't go back here. Kindof a waste. It had potential for being an awesome vacation location. Went back to Vegas which is less expensive for a. 5 star hotel.

We stayed there last week, timeshare trade, room 2018, 2 bed, 2 bath directly above the Kokomo club. The trip overall was great. The location is wonderful. We would come back here as long as I could assure a request for a view room as far away from the club as possible could be granted since 2018 is directly on top of it. Pros: London Resort Staff were great. View from room was wonderful, loved that. Kitchen and baths were nice. Living room was a nice size with a nice eating area. TV in living room and master bedroom only. Room was quiet (except for Fri & Sat, see below*). Amenities were nice. Free Wi-Fi was great. It was great to walk out of the resort to find a nice little area to walk around. We rented a boat almost everyday from Champion boat rentals. The guys there were great. Cons: Couch and chairs were very uncomfortable and 'sunk in' a lot. We had to put pillows on top to sit on them. Both Beds were not good; our backs got nailed and we had to find a massage twice that week to get the kinks out (Trish at Quintessentials is fantastic). I think this is what really triggered the 3 stars for me. We were warned about the club, had to initial about that upon our check in paperwork that were were informed, so I get it, but be warned as other reviews have noted. We were there during a slow week therefore *Fri and Sat (as told to us) were going to be very loud, until 2am. They weren't kidding. Sat night the bass was boosted so high, the entire room shook and the filters above the stove (under the microwave) fell off a couple times from the vibrations. The lighting in the room wouldn't consistently turn on, and I wondered if it was it was shaken so many times by the music vibrations, the wiring has become loose. I let the front desk know about this the following morning (atleast the bass levels could be turned down a bit in the future). We had a 2 Bedroom for the 2 of us, and lucky too because we had to move to the other bedroom (away from the windows) because any less noise helped (but it didn't have a TV in it to help drown out any sound). After Fri and Sat, the music did shut down by about 10pm, just as they stated upon check in, so that was great for the rest of the week. The view room was worth it to me. One review mentioned sound proofing is needed and that would help significantly. I live under a flight path and our 4 pane windows keeps things silent. The single pane windows they have are really old and when we would open them they would frequently get stuck. They could use 4 pane windows as well as insulation in the floors and walls for all those view rooms above the night club. If they could atleast afford to do one room a year, reviews would boost up over time significantly I bet.

We just finished up a week stay in a one bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. We used a special through our timeshare and paid $395 for the week. As other reviewers have mentioned, I would describe the overall resort as "tired" and in need of renovations. We found the staff to be helpful at every occasion, especially Vance at the front desk and the restaurant staff. Upon check-in at 4 pm, I requested a room away from the bar (as suggested by other reviewers). They weren't able to provide one until 5:30 pm but did comp 2 appetizers at the on site restaurant for the delay. The room we stayed in was nice and contained almost all the amenities you might expect, except for a stove, although they did provide a toaster oven. Some missing items we thought should have been included: coffee filters, salt & pepper. Our main complaint, and it's a big one, is the level of noise that is transmitted into the rooms. The bulk of the noise was generated by inconsiderate guests, many of which were 20-30 year olds, likely seeking a party atmosphere. You can easily hear average conversations at the total opposite of the hallway from inside your room. So if you have 3 or 4 people having a loud and presumably drunken conversation it is highly disruptive. To the resort's credit, they were responsive whenever we complained about specific rooms generating noise, but we didn't/couldn't complain every time someone walked down the hall while their kids screamed and played. There were only a couple of nights when we weren't awoken during sleeping hours by loud guests. In addition to this noise, there were 5 or 6 units being renovated on the 1st floor on our side of the building. There were times when a worker used a miter saw at 7:30 am outside our exterior window. Loud and profane conversations by construction workers could easily be heard when walking through the first floor hallway. If it weren't for the noise, this would have been a pleasant stay. I can't imagine returning to this resort, even at the reduced price.

A great resort within view of the London Bridge and lots of activities, 2 restaurants and many more close by. Nice clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and close to most everything you want to do in Lake Havasu City.

We came to this resort to do a Timeshare orientation and although those are usually the worst, this experience wasn't painful at all. We received 25 resort bucks, a free appetizer at martini bay and a nice two-room suite all for about $49. The resort was great as you could walk to the lake and the boat cruises. Most other restaurants were not walkable, unless on property. The pool area was great as drinks were served to us and priced at just $6 for a Daiquiri and that 90 foot slide is even fun for an older dude. Make sure to get a room facing the parking lot as other rooms are near Kokomo and you will hear the bass if you go to sleep early. All the staff was super friendly and the bed was cozy and plenty of channels on the two TV sets. A fun place to stay and a great little town as well.

We are Marriott owners. We have never stayed here. Or have never been to this location.. Nice location. Pretty, tons to do ! Everything close by. Easy accesse too. Love Rubber Duck boat tour . Martini special also great. Rooms are just ok. Need updating. But bring a Spring Break heaven, not worth the investment.
