Upon checkin, I was advised housekeeping was every 3 days. I had service on my second morning, after first night. Nothing for the next four days. On my last morning, after 6 nights, i was asked if I needed towels. I advised them I would be leaving in 10 minutes. I even had to find a maid to get toilet paper. This is unacceptable for the price I paid. I wanted to use the hot tub, but it very dirty. The pool was fairly clean, but not heated.
The check in process took nearly an hour because there was only one staff member available. Road noise from the adjacent road and train whistles made the room noisy. Other than that, it was a warm bed for the night.
Was overall a nice hotel. Hallway could use a good vacuuming. Did not try the breakfast to pricey at $13.00 per person
The staff was GREAT! The property appeared to be recently renovated. I would have appreciated a place to put my folded clothing too. My biggest disappointment: I returned home with tiny bug bites on my legs. There is no place I could have gotten them other than sleeping in the bed at this hotel:(
Large, Clean room… appears to have been newly renovated. We were passing thru town and were pleased with our stay at the Radisson in Casa Grande, AZ. Complimentary breakfast would’ve been a nice addition, considering the price of the room.
The extra charge breakfast was substandard. Eggs were cold, pancakes were cold and rubbery.
Train goes by about every hour. Be prepared.
There was no service at all and we were there 4 days! I get the whole COVID thing but there are ways to provide towels, toilet paper and coffee!! The rooms were yucky with mold on the air filters. The pool is in the shade so don’t expect to hang out and get a tan. The one positive was the bed was comfortable.
front desk staff very rude they acted like i was bothering then
It was close to the place we wanted to visit. It was cheaper than Holiday Inn Express
The staff was excellent only problem is you have to ask to change the bedsheets. They need to do a better job cleaning the bathroom. Overall nice property very very friendly desk staff thank you
Pretty standard nothing stands out to make me come back. Needs more amenities, indoor pool, breakfasts. Restaurant in hotel is one of the worst I have experienced including food quality. Staff in restaurant is the most unwelcoming I have experienced. We stayed in the hotel for a week, only ate there once, thats all it took for me not to go back and that was the first day.
Hwy 84 (W Gila Bend) is on the South End of the Three Story Wing of rooms. I was fortunate enough to get the 1st Floor and a 5 A.M. wake up call of Non-Stop Semi Trucks and traffic out right outside my window. We’re talking like 5 feet Window to the road. Let’s not forget about the Train nearby too...NEVER AGAIN.
Comfortable bed, toilet was stopped up and they fixed it. The bathroom door drug on the ground which made it hard to close and they never fixed that. The pool was nice in the evenings since the days were114 degrees. The door to the pool was hard to open so we used the other door. This hotel is close to a train so you get to hear the train whistles. It was in close proximity to the Garnet where our mother is staying.
The hotel is old, run down and filthy. Rust colored water, public hair in tub, dirty linens, and the beds are so broke down you are able to feel springs.
Everything was good, comfortable and clean and breakfast was really good
