Excellent sun exposure awaits in Casa Grande at this beautiful lake house. With queen beds in 2 master suites. This phenomenal property offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy amenities like an outdoor covered patio complete with a refrigerator, bluetooth speakers, TV, seating for 9, and a propane firepit, There is a pellet/propane BBQ, plus an electric deck boat to fish from. WiFi, Internet TV (including PPV sports), laundry, A/C, heating, and close proximity to golf and pickleball. One garage space and 2 off street parking spots. Owner lives part time in a separate casita onsite and is available to answer any questions during your stay. Your privacy will be respected in this quiet neighborhood.
Added note: Because this is a man made lake, swimming is not allowed. The lake water is supplied by well water. (Many AZ lakes have treated reclamation water as their source of water.) Fishing and kayaking is allowed. Boat rides may be available on an electric deck boat that seats 6 people.
