Absolutely horrible place to stay closes the office too early cleanliness is not right also very uneasy people hanging around the rooms

I liked the kitchenette but there were no utinsels, plates or cookware. I would have liked to have known this beforehand. The pool was closed but advertised as one of the amenities. The room was comfortable but badly in need of some TLC

Close to where I needed to be for the weekend. The room had everything I needed to be comfortable.

Basic room with fridge stove top and microwave. Bed could have been a little better quality but not horrible. No phone in room. Pool was closed. Good location. Close to Banner hospital, Walmart, I-10, convenient stores. Places to eat right down the road. Not luxury but efficient. Can't beat the price. Check in was pleasant and quick.

The beds were frightening. No mattress pads, no fitted sheet, only a top sheet thatdid not cover the mattress. You wake up to your face being on a bare mattress. Disgusting. Left a day early and could not get a receipt from desk manager but recorded entire conversation.

I didn't like the limited check in time. I had to risk a speeding ticket in order to arrive prior to the 7:00 pm office closing.

I don't actually know, because I slept in my car in the parking lot of this hotel instead of the room I paid for. Apparently, I missed the check in period, which ended at 6pm (I arrived at 8:30pm). The front deal was closed and no one answered the phone. I see now in fine print that you have to make other arrangements to check in 'late'. I'm on the road and I have meetings all day. I don't have time for this; if you're a hotel then you have a front desk that is open, if not 24hrs, then someone available on call.

Room did not have soft tussue in room. Sheets were dirty.

Was just going to stay 1 night, ended up staying 3 nights. Had a late check in, bed was comfy. Lots of residents who lives there. Not too shabby.

Room wasn’t properly cleaned, there were rings from drinks on the table, cigar wrapper on the ground, hair in the shower, no WiFi hotel staff was rude and unhelpful overall dissatisfied.

The AC in my room barely worked, and it smelled awful outside to have the window open. Other than that, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They could update/fix their rooms though. My bathroom water faucet leaked, and the sink had more water pressure than the shower. Also the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. All in all, I say you get what you pay for here.

Clean and quiet. Very close to I-10, movies and restaurants.

Easy nice experience glad I stayed here and was in walking distance to Boston bar across street. Will stay here again if I get a chance.

I booked this site off the web and because I booked late prior to my trip. I knew I was arriving late, so did not plan to utilize a lot a hotel may offer. My delayed flight got me to the propertyvery late and upon getting to office find it closed. It took me over 20 min to reach someone and eventually get into the lobby. A Maine worker let me in and got me a room. It was nothing I expected very drab and plain, towel crappy soap crappy water very difficult to work in the shower and then was extremely hot. Bed not comfortable at all.
