Hotel was a bit dated but the staff were helpful. Food at hotel restaurant was good but service was.

Staff was very polite, enjoyed swimming pooland delicious dinner at restaurant

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but we had a smaller room because we were right next to the vending and ice machines. The bathroom was strangely arranged. You had a pocket door which fronted on a sink, to the left was an open toilet area and an open shower area to the right. It was a very small bathroom and not very private. The bed was nice but the room was super cold. We ended up turning off the thermostat for quite a while. The shower was fantastic. The pool is very large but cold even when the weather was in the 90's. There were lots of bugs in the water which I asked them to clean out. The jacuzzi wasn't very warm and hte jets didn't work. We ate lunch at Duke's bar. My chicken ciabatta was filling so I didn't eat the vinegary cole slaw. My husband had a lovely side sald and pastrami reuben. The dinner menu looked good but we trie someplace less expensive which may not have been the best idea. The view from our tower balcony was quite lovely. There was no restroom by the pool so I had to race t my room after swimming over an hour. The resort hosts soccer teams from all over so it's probably very busy on weekends.

Greeted by friendly front desk staff and provided an upgrade at no additional cost. The breakfasts in the restaurant were excellent at a reasonable cost and the service was fantastic. We enjoyed the first night stay so well that we returned two nights later after an overnight in Tucson. We were there immediately after Thanksgiving and the rates were very good. It was too cool to enjoy the pool and did not have time to play golf.

Accomodations, all just great Front Desk-----mediocre location-----super food-----great

This hotel is very nice value. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I had some techincal problems with my computer. The front desk was extremely accomodating. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Casa Grande!

I liked the Hotel and the rooms were clean. We had a great time at the wedding and the Ball Room was great.

The golf course is excellent. The "Dukes" lounge has terrific staff. And we found the food to be some of the best we've had in Az.

I should have known the price was too good for what was shown online. Real room was older motel style next to the road, not the tower rooms. While bathrooms were spacious and seemed recently renovated, room was spartan. Just two beds and a small night stand. Bottom sheets not fitted, just two flat sheets layed out. Sheets/blanket were stained with coffee spills, etc. Door locks with regular key, not key card or other. Maid forgot to lock door after cleaning. Location easily 5 miles from restaurants and activity. Maybe golf course makes difference to golfers.

I loved this place. It was a great bargain for how big the room was and the fact that the view from the balcony was great. The golf course was nice and it was very quiet. I will definitely stay there again.

The price here varies wildly, but if you get a night with availability you can get an incredible price on a place that feels truly luxurious. The pool is enormous and the hot tub is fantastic; 24 hour fitness center is spacious and well equipped; bathroom and toiletries very nice, rooms small but cozy. I loved my stay here and will come back any time I am in the area. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

I needed a quiet place for the weekend and it was just right; away from everything; just the birds and nature.

I booked the executive sweet which it was a really nice size room. I am not sure what the regular rooms look like. The king size bed was nice and I really liked the comfort of the sheets. The bathroom was nice and I liked the products in the bathroom, since I spent most of the evening in there after eating the horrid food in the hotel resturaunt. The food was a disaster, I ordered the ribs and my girlfriend ordered the whitefish stuffed with crab. The ribs were so rubbery and tasted like roadkill. The whitefish and crab almost had no taste. The salad was the best part of the dinner. Also the server was very unfriendly and stale. And our room had a lingering smell of urine. I will never go back to this place ever again and would never recommend it to anyone except to maybe go golfing. The property and golf course looked very nice. I left the hotel with a golfball in the back of my truck. Thankfully there weren't any dings or dents. The mysterious golfball in my truck is the best thing I came away from the hotel with.

I visit Casa Grande about once a years, and all the regular hotels are the usual chains or truck stops. The Francisco Grande is far nicer and more beautiful. It's out of the way so traffic noise is non-existent. The tower is beautiful to look at and even more beautiful to stay in. The dining room is extremely elegant, and the bar area has no equal south of Phoenix. Oh, and did I mention golf on site?

Good Golf,fair food,cozzy room,perfect.

No complaints. Very relaxing and comfortable

My daughters live in Mesa and Tucson Arizona and Casa Grande is right between. We wanted to meet for Thanksgiving and were considering a boring hotel when I discovered Francisco Grande online. We opted for the smaller motel style rooms which were spotless and cozy and terrific. We also got wi fi and a fridge and coffee maker in our room. The tower rooms sounded great but we were happy with our choice. Also, they had a Thanksgiving feast which is what we hoped for. Totally recommend this place and hope to stay here again. The staff is great and friendly too.

It was farther away from town than I would have liked. Room was clean, but seemed dated, probably from the 70's. Overall the hotel was pleasant.

We travel quite a bit. This hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The hotel have a golf course and the course is very nice to play and the price is great.

The hotel was pretty and it was off the main roadways making it a very nice getaway. Went with family but also a nice place for couples/golfing trips with the guys. Have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Casa grande however I recommend Francisco Grande Hotel. Things I didnt like were the construction noises early in the morning due to renovations, clogged sinks and bees around the pool. Overall, it was great for the area and a good value.
