Friendly staff, cozy room, delicious breakfast, good location

Near airport.

This is a beautiful hotel, we love the separate seating area in the room for our family of 4. It was clean, nice & had a good breakfast. The main draw back is the paid parking.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is horrible and experience was so bad that I have to. Please be aware that there is no cleaning service inside the room doesn’t matter how long your stay is, you will have to clean your own room and bathroom during your stay, front ask you to put trash outside the room that sometimes picked up and sometimes not, hallways smell trash, we found pizza boxes staked near elevator almost everyday. When asked front desk that garbage in the hallway smell bad , they asked us to bring it downstairs even though it was not our garbage. There is only one attendant in the evening, nothing can be done. Stay away from this property. They also charge us twice for parking even though we had one car.

The room that was given to us by the hotel was really dirty, the room was not cleaned or wiped down. We noticed in the bathroom there was a yellow/brown liquid on the countertop of the sink, the sink has crumbs, the showers had some thick particles that looked to me like boogers, then we noticed that the mirror in the restroom at the very top said the word "Die". Moving on the the bed one of the beds had a red stain on the side, under the comforter that was hairs. The mattress on the sofa bed had red stains as well. When I called the receptionist I asked for a room change she mentioned she would call me back she never did. We ended up going to the front desk to cancel the room and requested a refund and the front desk receptionist Idelia acknowledge that we will receive a refund a day or two and it has been 5 days and the Manager Sara refuses to give a refund considering they are not following Covid-19 Guidelines to their hotel rooms. I do however have pictures of how dirty the room was.

I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. The one bed had multiple hairs on it and a small bloody booger by the pillow! Absolutely repulsive. It’s like the sheets weren’t even cleaned. I called front desk to ask for replacement sheets and was told they would bring some. Also there was no “I’m so sorry, for the condition of the bed/sheets.” 20 min later still no new sheets, my husband had to go to the front desk to get them. Complete side note, room was really small. It was definitely not worth $275

Laura at the front desk is amazing and helpful The room wasn’t as clean when we arrived but they were helpful to fix

The Springhill Suites building is a remodeled Amerisuites and they did a fantastic job with the modernization. The staff was friendly and actually had a genuine smile at check in, check out and during the breakfast. Melissa who ran the breakfast team, was very helpful and everything was well stocked. My only minor complaint with the entire stay is that the bathroom has an odd layout with a sliding barn door, so if its a single use room that's not an issue, but if there are multiple people staying in the room it is quite awkward since there is no way to separate the sink from the toilet and shower.

Beds were great. It was very clean. We were able to get agood nights sleep even with 3 kids under 5. Very quiet. Even though we were next to the elevators and ice machine, we hardly heard anything.

Liked everything except the odd room layout. Bathroom entrance was through a glass sliding barn door near the foot of the bed. You could not use the bathroom without shining bright light on the bedroom and waking up your spouse. Bed was extremely comfortable,

Staff was friendly, room was very confortable but a little cold.

The customer service was the best. They syeated us to a tour of a lifetime.
