This is the second time I’ve stopped at this hotel while driving cross-country and would absolutely do so again! The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and cozy.

The headboard fell down when we were sleeping. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was a little hard other then that’s eat hotel

This hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and activities in the area. Well fortunately had a clogged sink and our security lock on her hotel door was broken. The staff was alerted and quickly helped to remedy both situations. The continental breakfast was more than expected and the staff was attentive and very pleasant. We had a great time !

Staff was great! No issues there. The rooms however were much too small. I don't know if they are all that size, but I paid an almost equal price for a room at another hotel that was twice the size, with a couch and plenty of extra chairs (same request, 2 adults, 2 kids). We had one old chair to share amongst us. This room was not made to fit two adults and two kids. Not even for two adults to sit comfortably. Plus, the other comparable priced hotel room seemed much more soundproof than this one. The breakfast was ok, but minimal. Not enough counter space probably.a Nice that they had coffee and yogurt available all day. We got the last baby crib available and it had a queen size mattress cover loosely wrapped around it. That is actually not safe to have loose fabric in a crib for small babies. Need crib size mattress covers. The heated pool was not really heated. Must've been turned down or off to save money.

Beds are hard, our backs hurt every morning. Other than that it was good. Great breakfast

Nice place . Nice staff. Room clean. Nice steam shower. Breakfast was great.

Very clean. Close enough to Sedona. Easy access to freeways, shopping, restaurants.

This was my second stay here. The room was really nice, clean and well laid out. Every person on staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was ok-likely what you'd expect from a budget hotel buffet. For the price and the great upkeep-this is a good find.

VERY QUIET AND DARK ROOM. BEDS WERE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE. A GOOD START TO THE DAY. MY ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE LAYOUT OF THE SINK AND BATHROOM. WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THEM TO BE SEPARATE FROM SLEEPING AREA. SLEEP INN IS ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE IN HOTELS WHERE EVER I TRAVEL THANK-YOU.

I would have rated this hotel a 5 star except my room location was right beside the pool where they were having a children's pool party. The noise and banging lasted all day. I had to leave my room and sit in the lobby for three to four hours to avoid the noise. Not much the staff could do. Hotel staff were great, room was average with a small bathroom, breakfast selection was average.

Great location — close to great restaurants. Clean rooms. Great stop before Sedona :)

In town to visit my NAU student. I've stayed here previously and enjoyed the reasonable rate, clean and comfortable room and helpful desk staff.

Nice clean rooms, free breakfast, loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi. Hotel staff very friendly & helpfull, my son past out in the lobby and personel quickly attended to him.

I booked this hotel one day prior to arrival in town for a family function. The room was delightful, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was conveniently sited for access to the highway, town, and services.

I stayed here 4 nights for primarily business but stayed longer for sight-seeing. I utilized the complimentary breakfast 3 mornings and took a dip in the Jacuzzi.

Room was very small but cozy- clean and great water pressure in the shower! (but no bath tub- single stall shower only). Great continental breakfast.

it was a good clean motel. i like it and the people that i stay with at the place said it was nice to go place when going shopping out of town.
