Location was perfect, friendly neighborhood

Loved the layout of this home! Plenty of open spaces for us all to gather, eat together and play games in the evenings. Location was perfect for our day trips to Walnut Canyon, Grand Canyon and Snow Bowl.

Comfy retreat in a perfect location.

Our stay here was great. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own place to comfortably relax and sleep, as well as all hang out together and watch March Madness games on the giant TV! The location was perfect for day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, or just wandering around downtown Flagstaff.

Nice stay

The house had a nice layout for a family. There were some food crumbs in the living room, only one light fixture of 3 in the main bedroom worked and the steep curved driveway was annoying, but other than that everything was fine.

Great location to get to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Downtown Flagstaff. Beautiful community, very quiet and surrounded by trees. The house was spacious and well layed out and comfortable. We had a great time....old friends from high school...The ONLY negative was the location of the hot tub..steep steps and shakey first couple of pavers. Would have been nicer to have a smaller one on the back patio. Would certainly recommend this home and would certainly stay again.

Great views & Amazing Stay

Overall wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and cozy and has plenty of amenities in the case that you forgot to pack anything. I will say there was something to be desired as far as some of the cleanliness of the property goes. The hot tub didnt seem to have been serviced before our arrival and was foamy/had debris/scum along the rim, was cloudy as well as large particles floating throughout. So that did diminish some of our enjoyment of the property, as it wasnt stated angwhere that the hot tub wouldnt be in an unusable state, but otherwise everything else was absolutely beautiful-

This was a great location to stage our visits to both the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house was well kept with plenty of room for the seven of us (five kids and two adults). We were easily able to expand into the two living rooms, the hot tub and the garage offered a lot of extra space with the table tennis table. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook most of our meals while we explored the area and we did several loads of laundry. The neighborhood itself was extremely quiet next to a golf course and several times we spotted deer crossing the street in front of the house. We had views of Mount Eldon just five minutes away that inspired us to take a strenuous but amazing hike to the top and we were rewarded with breathtaking views of the entire area.My only complaints are extremely minor and would not dissuade me from renting this very house again. I would prepare to bring some additional towels if planning to use the hot tub as we were always looking for towels and washing them, but it worked very well. Some of the small lights in the back yard area near the hot tub were not working, so it did get very dark up there (which could be seen as a positive thing, too). One of the showers had a partially broken handle that made it a little difficult to use and some people mentioned the steep driveway, but we got used to this after using it a few times. All very minor inconveniences that were overshadowed by the value of this location!
