This resort was a pleasant surprise for a quick two night stay. I enjoyed having the kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals. The furnishings were a bit "tired" so I would say to the management.. it's time for an interior update! The weather was not as warm to enjoy all the amenities such as tennis and pickleball. But I enjoyed the big hot tub and warm lap pool. It is located right next to Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village which looks like you are in Europe! So beautiful. Next time I come I am staying longer and during spring/summer. I will definitely stay here again!
Loved the resort. Room was a little outdated but clean and comfortable
I can understand not allowing pets but not even service animals???? Sedona is a beautiful outside world that should be enjoyed by every human and animal! Best going somewhere else that understand that nature is for everyone!
Loved the room and everything in general. Only down part was limited parking. Went out for dinner and had to park a distance away from our room and walk to get back
I liked everything but exterior is sun beaten
Rooms needed to be remodeled badly. Old, damaged furniture, it was depressing to stay in the room.
The resort was very nice. Check-in left a lot to be desired. There was was long line that barely moved. In the early morning of our last day, we called for towels and room coffee. Nothing came before we had to check out at their designated10:00 check out time
very run down property
The place has potential but it is dated and in dire need of updates. Our room was quite a ways away from the main complex and very musty smelling. The walls were chipped. There had been some updates done like a new refrigerator in the kitchenette- that opened backwards. To get it to open properly you had to stand on the other side of the wall. Kids pool wasn’t open yet so tons of kids in the adult area.
Surprise fees. First room not what we booked. The room we ended up in was very loud when the heat cycled. So very little sleep. Not enough parking close to rooms. Non-stop trying to sell timeshares.
Not at as expected and advertised.
Restaurant, bar.
Couch in 102A dirty but the rest of the room was great
Wry nice
We have stayed at this property several times. The first few times we had no issues at all, except the 10:00 check out time. We arrived just after 4:00 and the check in went smoothly. Trying to find a parking spot took a little while. Our second floor room was quite warm when we arrived and turned the A/C as low as it would go. Our room was located between the childrens pool and the hotel laundry. The pool had screaming kids of and on throught the day. Fortunately, we were out of the room most of the day time. There was a lot of noise from the commercial dryers that sounded like they were running 24/7. Early inthe morning there was "beeping" from commercial vehicles that were off loading in the parking lot. The room never cooled down to a comfortable level. We used the guest laundry and after using the dryer for over 2 hours, our clothes were still wet. This was the second time in this building and we will not return unless we can somehow get a different one.
