First experience at your resort. Room H237 was somewhat dated and in need of some TLC. The facility map I was given was not easy to follow and it took some time to find our rooms/buildings. Quite a bit of construction going on. For a first time customer, it was a bit confusing.

Clean rooms, convenient location for Sedona, walkable to many shops and restaurants, a short drive to other areas like Uptown and West Sedona and Village of Oak Creek. It is a very central location so driving to various hiking trails attractions is easy.

The front desk check in experience was not good. The gentleman was really nice but overwhelmed and kept answering incoming calls so it took forever to check us in. No elevator and we were on the second floor (only 2 floors in each building). The room was very outdated and tired looking. When the AC kicked on the first night it was super loud but at least it worked that night. We didn’t realize until the next night it stopped working and was 74 degrees. It was late when we discovered it so we just opened a window and reported it the next day when we checked out. The coffee pot also didn’t work. I expected so much more when I saw the 9.0 Expedia rating but it was more like a 7.0. They did have shops and restaurants close by so that was positive. Suite was very nice, clean, the kitchenette was well stocked, the bathroom had full size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. It was also well stocked in towels, blankets, the bedding was comfortable, including the pullout sofa. The dining and recreational facilities were very well kept and for our safety we were kept up to date via text message on when we could go in and out of the swimming facilities due to lighting. We ran out of body wash and received a new bottle within a couple hours. Staff was very friendly there were so many amenities we did not use even though we looked at everything, next time we will be better prepared to make use of everything. You can even grill there in their very nice and well kept grills outside the rooms, all the equipment you need is in the kitchenette.

We loved our stay here. We are a family of five and there was so much space. They text me a few times to ask what they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. I never had anything to tell them. We were content and had everything we needed. I highly recommend!
