Would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time in Sedona! Breakfast was great, pool looked amazing and different patio sections at the hotel sold me. My room with the balcony was perfect, microwave in room which I love & bathroom was great size. Only con would be no barrier on balcony between you and your neighbor and the parking fee. But besides that I recommend !

Everyone was friendly including front desk, housekeeping and the guy helping out at the breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean, parking is easy. I would come back and stay here.

Walkable to Sedona Performing Arts Center (10 mins or less). Very clean. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast buffet was amazing. It felt like home away from home. Kitchen had everything we needed. Although it would have been nice to have a hot water kettle.

We loved our stay here. We stayed with our kids (8 & 11) and the only downside is that the double rooms are all one bed and one sofa bed - the kids said they didn’t mind but it’s the first time we’ve encountered this in the US. But we loved the heated pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit (even in January!) and the location is great - a bit further out of town but only a 7 min drive to Devil’s Bridge

Everything about the property was lovely, except for the initial check-in experience. I felt discriminated and treated differently for sure. I noticed a completely different tone of voice compared to how the previous guest was treated. As someone who travels frequently, experiencing something like this feels disappointing and unprofessional, there is no need to go into details, but I wish the best to that employee despite her childish behavior. That said, the property itself is amazing, and the breakfast manager was exceptional—so courteous and attentive, which made for a very pleasant experience. Overall, this is still a great place to stay.

The breakfast options were OK, but it sure would have been nice to have some biscuits and gravy at least one of the mornings. I thought the daily parking fee ($25) was unneccessary and excessive. For that reason alone, I would not stay there again.
