Excellent staff and beautiful location. Breakfast was great. Location convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, love the recreational center, breakfast was good

We wish we had splurged for a room with a redrock view. Our town view room had a terrible view of the driveway entrance. That being said, the room itself was clean and spacious and the beds comfy. The hotel has a nice pool, as well as access to a clubhouse with a small gym, game room and larger pool. The uptown location was convenient. Staff was very nice.

Excellent. Good hospitality, convenient location,.

Nice experience. Great staff. Great breakfast. Personal and customer service oriented.

Right on main drag of uptown Sedona, great views from room and free breakfast. room ,clean and beds comfortable. Resort has plenty of amenties to use during stay. would definitely come back!

We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed In a 2 bedroom cottage that was located behind the hotel facing the beautiful red rocks and oak creek. It was private with its own parking and plenty of space for the kids to play but still had easy access to the hotel amenities. The full breakfast also added to the value. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

The breakfast was perfect, locaiton was absolutely perfect, concierge set-up our jeep tour for us and the room was in tip-top shape. Also, they are partnered with a neighboring community that allows guests to use their clubhouse which has everything you would want as far as amaenties.

Had a great experience staying at the Arroyo Best Western. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and they had HGTV, which I'M ADDICTED TO. We took advantage of the Oak Creek access. It's a little confusing how to get there, and we never did find the jacuzzi, but I'm sure if you were to call and ask, they would point you right to it. The only think I wish they had was a vending machine that accepted credit cards. There was no water in our hotel room and I didn't have cash. Plenty of parking, a bit chilly in the hallways, but the view on the east side of the hotel was just beautiful. There was even a large fountain outside that sounded like a waterfall while we slept. Very nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy an evening glass of wine as you look out onto the beautiful red rock view. I highly recommend the Pink Jeep Tour. We took the one that went on the red rocks and went off road. Lots of fun, some good photo opportunities, and we learned a lot from the guide.

We stayed in one of the rooms with a fireplace and used it a great deal. The room was comfortable, the view excellent, and the breakfast each morning was the best. The staff were friendly, conscientious, and eager to please.

The location is perfect, walk straight downtown. They have a small heated indoor pool and a seasonally heated outdoor pool. Great little game room for the kids. Free continental breakfast was fantastic.

We came to Sedona for a destination wedding. Staff was knowledgeable about area. Great location. You can go out front door and be on the main strip where everything is. Great assortment for breakfast buffet while we were there. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly, comfortable room with a great view. Breakfast buffet was very good also. Very good value.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The view from our room was spectacular. An unexpected delight was the complimentary morning breakfast which served everything from egg dishes, ham/bacon/sausage, waffles and yogurt with granola.

We just wanted to relax after a busy week seeing the sights of Utah and the hotel delivered all we could have asked for
