great breakfast, room needed to be painted and had a broken clost door mirror that the front desk did not know about. There were ants in the bathroom (not a lot)
The location was great. We walked to dinner and to the shops. Wonderful view. The staff is very friendly and professional. Their main focus is to make sure you are comfortable and have a good stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, waffles, bread, and bagels. I would defined stay there again.

Stayed in very spacious 2 story 2 bedroom villa. Location was fantastic right on the river so you could be lulled to sleep by the sound. Location is perfect right in the middle of multiple shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and kind. Only minor negative is the hotel is sprawling covers a large area so some walking is involved to get from one place to another
The location of the hotel is good, it's in the Uptown so it is very commercialized with a lot of restaurants. If you want to have a more "local" feel then this is not the place to be in. The rooms are old and they are not in the best shape. A lot of little things not working right. Our hairdryer was half broken, AC thermostat was not operational, the mattresses were worn out too. We dealt with it since it was just couple nights stay, but for the price we paid I expected better quality.
The staff was extremely personable. I enjoyed interacting with them. Sedona was fun but very touristy.
Great location! Walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops.
Positives: Spacious rooms, great location Negatives: The amenities weren't available due to COVID, and the warm breakfast was only available on the weekend

Paid for a room with a fireplace ... and it didn’t work. Not happy about paying extra. Room not clean, soap not filled in shower as promised. Couch in room looked to be 15 years old and was dirty. The musty smell in the ‘suite’ hallway smelled my bad grandma smell. Yuk! The only thing that saved this stay was the view from the second story balcony. Not likely to recommend to any one or stay there again.
The hotel is ideally situated, with gorgeous views of the red rocks and walkable to almost everything in uptown Sedona. The location alone makes it highly desirable. The rooms are clean though the furniture is a bit tired and worn. Nice hot breakfast with many options. There is a huge fireplace with coffee and a computer/printer in the lobby. Staff are terrific! I will return.
The property was in an amazing location with beautiful surroundings. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast which was included was OK.
The hotel is in an amazing location with great views and close to downtown. We had a 2 bed villa and the property is still in good location but that room type needs to be cleaned and maintained properly or else it will go down hill. The 2 bed villa isn’t cleaned daily , they said once very three days, but when I asked for daily service they did accommodate my request. Overall we had a lovely stay in the villa. We loved the fireplaces.
