Nice, simple place. Everything as advertised. Easy check-in and check-out.

Outside was not much to look at but the room was very clean and quiet. Would have loved it except the bed had a dip in it and there was only one flat, pillow per person.

The name says it. I was pleased that it was clean, in good repair, comfortable bed. No amenities, not even coffee in the room. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well as coffee in the morning.

Budget Inn is consistently very good in all respects, from checkin to room comfort to checkout to help from the staff

Nice, clean, and decent price. It is close to everything.

Great location, surprisingly cozy and quiet for a low-cost place

Not exactly a "budget" hotel at $113/night on weekends but the rooms are surprisingly quiet (it's right off one of the busiest streets) and the room was clean with refrig/freezer and microwave and the bed was comfy and the pillows were not the thin pathetic kind you often find in budget hotels. TV was good with free HBO and internet connection was good. Check out the Himilayan cafe about a block or 2 north if you go there and like Indian food!

excellent staff, clean, good location, was nice to stop by late

The location is good, close to everything. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything goes well.

This hotel was clean beyond that; old and outdated Tiny thin bath towels Called for more towels and I had to walk up to the office in the snow to get them. Not even an alarm clock Rooms on the small side Saw several transients in the area

Clean and functional as advertised. Good location

I called and notified the hotel that we would be arriving after 11;30pm for late arrival check-in. They indicated that this would not be a problem, but when we arrived, the door was locked and no one was in the lobby. Another guest and I rang doorbell and knocked for about 15 minutes before the attendant came out of the back. Then he was absolutely rude and unfriendly. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was very kind and friendly.

I stayed at the Budget Inn for one night in early March 2018 for a professional event the next day. At check-in, the employee was very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable of the area. My room was clean, smelled fresh, and everything was in working order. This is a budget hotel - it's got all your basics and that's it. The property is fairly small, it sits between a car wash (which you can hear the hum of all day but shuts down at night) and a Howard Johnson / small shopping center on the back. It was quiet overnight, which surprised me because it was so close to the main road through town. There was a hold in the comforter, but that wasn't a big deal to me. Hot water, working bathroom, big sink / counter space, small desk with chair, working TV with cable, phone, blackout curtains, heat and A/C, and extra locks on the interior - it's all I needed. Checkout was quick and efficient by the same employee, and I was on my way. There's a coffee pot and travel info in the lobby if you're interested. If you're looking for a place to just sleep overnight, I recommend this location. If you're looking for more frills (breakfast, pool, exercise room, room service), this is definitely not the place to be as it has none of those things. I would definitely come back!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Close to Downtown and very quiet. Excellent quality for the price.

Last minute over the Thanksgiving holiday I had to book a room in Flagstaff. The hotel is older however the room was in good condition. Clean and didn't have any abnormal funky smell that older hotels tend to have. The front desk was very nice. Parking was right in front of the rooms. It was also very quiet even though on a main road in town and the hotel was fully booked.

we have stayed at the Budget Inn many times over the past several years and it has consistently served as our value choice in flagstaff. it is close to gas, food, and the interstate. the staff are well prepared, the rooms clean, though a bit tired.

I was a bit weary about staying here but pleasantly surprised at how clean, functional, and comfortable it was. Parking was a breeze.
