First off, it’s on hotel row which means the hotels are older and a bit dated. We checked in and the front desk staff was basically robotic. After we got to our room we found that the tv wasn’t working because the previous guess added a code that the hotel couldn’t remove. No “sorry”, no “here’s what we can do”. The staff basically did not care! We contacted hotels.com and they reported there was no one to fix the tv until the next day however, they gave us a refund for our inconvenience. Thanks hotel.com…. Never again will I staff at La Quinta. Better staff training!
