Check in was great, the interior is very pretty, feels like a log cabin entrance. Room was clean, the parking lot is a bit tight, also there was no variety for breakfast. They offered a bag w a breakfast sandwich no other options. Overall the stay was good.

Comfortable beds after a long road trip! However due to Covid, the breakfast grab and go bag was only packaged food, no fruit or protein.

Nice clean hotel, but might be in need of some renovations? The windows had no insulation.. thankfully the heater worked great.

It was a nice comfy hotel and had no problems, the staff was great and plenty of things around.

Building was nice and clean, but the beds were so stiff it was like laying on the floor.

Great property and definitely not your average interstate-close Comfort Inn. It's more like a mountain lodge, such a nice lobby. Room was perfect and clean and we fully enjoyed our stay. I'll still give 5 out of 5 but the one complaint is their greedy $30 pet fee. Orbitz mentions $20 but it's $30 at check-in (they were nice and charged $20 when I mentioned Orbitz says $20). I'll stay again next time for sure, unless the little guy is with us.

Very nice place, good location, close to everything. 2 negatives, small bathrooms and falsely advertising that they are providing a free breakfast. A banana and 2 granola bars in a bag is not free breakfast! We have continued traveling during the last few month, over 20 nights, and even though this is becoming common, it should not be advertised as breakfast!

This was the best Comfort Inn we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many! As soon as we walked in the receptionist greeted us with a big friendly smile. The lobby was nicely decorated and the room was beautiful, clean, large and comfortable. .

Customer service was great and the room was clean.

Was a nice visit. The breakfast handout could have been better.

very close to highway. Good for sleepovers during travel.

Great spot!! Definitely recommend! Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice atmosphere.

Very well kept and clean. Could just sit in commons area by fire and read a book all day long!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was terrific. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient to 3 major highways. When we requested a top floor room over the internet, it was ready for us when we got there. We will always come back to this hotel when we are in Flagstaff.
