The location of the hotel was close to mall and the freeway. The hotel was very comfortable and the grounds around the hotel well kept. Will stay here again.

clean room and quiet. good breakfast and the staffs are really nice.

Quiet. Large room that was updated recently The floors were very nice

I loved the two rooms and full kitchen I had my three kids and it was so comfortable just like home they wanted to live in it.

Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was the best I can remember. The eggs were even hot!

ONLY flustation was some knuckle head felt it nessessary to stomp around above our room all hours of the night!

This was our first time staying at a Sonesta. Our kids are getting older so we need extra space for a family of 5. This was a perfect choice! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a family room with sofa bed. Breakfast was delicious too! The only thing I noticed that needed attention was the carpet where it stopped to switch to tile for the kitchen had pulled apart from the strip and I tripped over it. Probably needs fastened down so someone doesn't get hurt.

We really liked this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

It's more of an apartment than a hotel, if you are staying for a week or so it's excellent.

the suite with 2 bedrooms are really nice. Living room is large. Perfect for 4 ppl

We stayed in the King room. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the kitchen and wi-fi. "Couch" was really a small love seat, but was comfortable for a short period for 2 people. We didn't use any of the amenities, but there was a laundry, gym, play area and cookout space. There are no elevators, so a little problamatic with the luggage (we had lots). Breakfast buffet was really basic-scrambled eggs, sausage both days, breads, cereals and plain yogurt. Bar with fruit, cheese and stuff to enhance the scrambled eggs. Juice, milk and coffe. Was filling, but nothing fancy.

Very clean, new rooms with fantastic amenities. Loved the park right behind the hotel with nice walking trails and duck ponds. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was wonderful , clean room, comfortable bed and great employees awesome stay

Hotel was one of the best we stayed in during our road trip, breakfast was great we will definitly go back when we return to Grand Canyon in the next two to threre years.

We stayed here because they have a full kitchen. And because our family has some food allergies it's nice to not rely on restaurants. Although the kitchen was small it worked. Stove, oven, fridge and microwave. However, there was no baking sheet and the knife that we were given was fairly dull and we were barely able to cut chicken. We used the BBQ area which was wonderful! Two gas grills. And ate in the lobby/breakfast area. We also had some drinks from the bar which were fairly inexpensive. The staff at the front desk and the bar area were both really friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was not as friendly and repeatedly placed their cars right in front of the stairway making it very difficult to come down or up, especially when toting a baby carrier. They didn't seem to care either and just continued collecting their supplies from the cart. The room was very clean. The inside of the rooms are all modern and updated and the free breakfast was really good and included some hot items. Overall I would stay again.

The Sonesta Suites is the place to stay in Flagstaff. It has all the comforts of home and is a short drive to the downtown area. We would definitely recommend these accommodations to others and we plan to stay there again soon.

I have stayed at many different hotels in Flagstaff over the years. This is one of the better places. Clean rooms. Large space. Perfect for families without feeling so crowded.
