The mattress was really really really terrible. Completely worn out and you sink deep. Not a good night sleep. Also the breakfast offerings were awful. Cheapest of the cheap white stale bread. A few green bananas, some fruit loop looking cereal, and cheap yogurt. Not good. You get what you pay for although I thought for over onehundreed it would be a little better. Sad.

Room was pretty clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only stayed one night. Interior has been updated nicely. Exterior is a little more behind the times but that is what you get for the price. Bed was moderately comfortable. At least it isn’t sleeping on a board like some places. Breakfast was ok but no fruit. Only low carb option is boiled eggs which were great! Get there earlier in the morning to get a good selection as they run out of the good stuff starting after 8am. could use a little more breakfast items but not too bad. All of the hotels in this area are across from the RR tracks which is moderately noisy over night. Turning on a fan for background noise helps a great deal.

Modernized room in an older motel. Comfortable and the necessities are there including fridge and microwave. Convenient parking and location.

Stayed there years ago with family. Could not find a reasonably priced room at my usual Flagstaff chains and returned here. Room was OK, no complaints except...bathroom door was too narrow for my mother's wheelchair. (No handicapped room with two beds available.) also, note no restaurants within reasonable walking distance and a left turn from the motel is hazardous. Overall a decent value for the money.
