Hampton Inn & Suites Flagstaff

staff was great, breakfast buffet was below standard from other Hilton properties that I have stayed in the past. Also parking was atrocious, We had to park near a gas station and Sizzler and Del Taco. When coming back to Hampton Inn just when it was getting dark was a little difficult. Elevator on our side building not working on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, repaired late Monday and again not working on Tuesday. this location should update bathrooms , especially for older people using the tubs. With my package it included Hertz rental which was suppose to keep my car up to 24 hrs, Needless to say they gave my assigned car away which then I had to get another car for $10.00 day extra. When making package deal Orbitz site populated time that I would arrive to 10:30 Am, I was unable to modify the time on your site to later time, thus being charged more. Our plane did arrive until 5:49 pm. I hope that this email is conveyed to Hilton properties about faculty.

This hotel was our worst experience with Hampton so far. The rooms need to be renovated, especially bathrooms. In standard room there was no refrigerator and no microwave, no bathtub either. Shabby furniture. Parking lot is very small with additional parking on the territory of the nearest gas station. It's walkable of course, but it doesnt feel safe. The staff is wonderful though, and the pool/spa area is well maintained. Breakfast was good as well. And it's only 1.5 hrs from Grand Canyon. Just wish the rooms were nicer.

The only real issue, the pillows were extremely soft and mushy. Decent breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights so we could go to the Grand Canyon and it's a good, clean, simple hotel that meets your needs. Our twins enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was decent. Would recommend as it's a good value.

Great location...comfortable home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel did meet my expectations. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns and this stay was very nice. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very comfortable.

We needed a place to stay for an overnight stop and this place was great. Nice room, good breakfast.

It was amazing!! The staff was amazing!! Accommodations and emenoties were off the chart! Will go back again!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Great place to stay! The staff was helpful breakfast was good and the beds great. We enjoyed staying in this hotel!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They called after about 20 minutes to make sure we were ok with the room. The pool was in great condition and clean. We will stay there again.

Went to get out of the heat, last little trip before school started. We had a good stay.

I enjoyed the property. However, it was difficult to regulate the heat. Either boiling hot or very cold. The room was very clean. I seemed to have paid top dollar for this hotel. Probably because they were close to capacity.

I stayed here with my cousin during the trip exploring the west, and everything was good. Room was clean, and staff was kind. Location is a little bit away from the old downtown where many good restaurants are located, but it is just 10 min distance by a car from the hotel. If you want to stay in Flagstaff, it would be difficult to find a better one within the budget. Strongly recommend.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, room clean and comfortable.

We met up with family from Texas here for a makeshift thanksgiving. We had a great time! We had the double queen suite and we slept 6 people comfortably. There were many restaurants within walking distance which is nice after a long drive and not wanting to get kids back in the car. The Kitchen has almost everything you need but THERE IS NO OVEN so just beware of that, The business center is simple but has everything you need if your working on vacation or need to print tickets last minute or something. The breakfast in the morning was simple but there were eggs and the cool little waffle maker thing and the normal cereal bagels and yogurt.... We went to the Hopi indian ruins which was 10 minutes away and really cool for my kids and I enjoyed getting them outside in such a beautiful setting!!!

Room was placed right by an intersection with poor sound proofing.

Great staff, very clean room. The breakfast could be better. Boiled eggs aren't best quality and aren't there every morning. Fruit salad could be more fresh. There is just not much of anything if you don't want waffles and candy like cereals. Would also prefer to eat it with real silver and not plastic spoon in styrofoam bowl but that's me.

The hotel was beautiful. The room had a jacuzzi and the contenental breakfast was delicious.

We came up from Phoenix for a night for a wedding. We checked in smoothly, and had no problems during our stay. I did feel that the price was way too high, but it was memorial Day weekend, so every hotel was overpriced that weekend.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Only issues were the out of order treadmill in the gym and the fire alarm going off a couple of times briefly in middle of the night. We would stay at this property again.
