Cozy guest apartment attached to the main house with separate entrance. Equipped with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, dining area and a washer, & central air conditioning. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, minutes from the airport, and within short driving distance from some of the best nearby attractions including; downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, Lake Mary, San Francisco Peaks and so much more. Meticulously cleaned & maintained by owners!

We put a significant amount of time into creating this space & are constantly working to improve it. Personally interacting with the space on a regular basis means we get to see first hand what’s working well and what’s not. Furthermore, cleanliness being a top priority, we are keenly aware of the small details that require attention as a result of inspecting & cleaning the space ourselves.

In addition to the space winning a "Sustainable Building Award," we take pride in using environmentally friendly, non-toxic products wherever possible. We've taken note from our own Airbnb stays, and have thoughtfully incorporated those experiences into creating a perfect space for our guests. We look forward to hosting you!

Access to the guest suite is located around the back of the house on the right. We just added a new separate sidewalk to provide guests with the privacy of their own access to the backyard.

Well established, quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails all throughout. Nearby access to national forest and a park just down the street.

Located just a short distance from many local attractions and just minutes from the airport makes our guest suite ideal for all of your mountain town adventures.

Please note: THERE ARE TWO UNITS ON THIS PROPERTY!
The space is entirely its own entity, but does share a wall with the main house. While there is extensive soundproofing, we would like our guests to be aware that some noise is inevitable. In our experience this usually consists of occasional transfer of footsteps and possibly TV noise as it is on the other side of the wall. Both spaces are completely private with their own access, although you may encounter other guests in the driveway or front walk. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, and we will be actively involved to ensure that it is.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Very clean, stocked with household supplies, and a fantastic coffee maker! Host had a ton of great information on local places to hike, eat, and explore. Caution that it does share a wall with the main house so there was noise from the other folks renting the main house, but they generally abided by the quiet hours. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed a week at this property. It was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. It really is a beautiful place and worked well for the two of us. It was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The property owner, Jenna, was very responsive to our questions. She assisted with a couple of things that we didn’t understand such as operating the washing machine and TV. It is in a residential area that is very nice and quiet. There is a paved walking path surrounding the neighborhood that was easy to access. We certainly will return to this property.

Easy to follow instructions.

Easy to locate, with lots of in-depth instructions as to where to park and how to access this property, did not experience any noise issues from attached property. My wife and I stayed one night while on a northern AZ adventure and this was perfectly located not far from nearby restaurants and stores.

Very nice and comfortable stay. The property was in a very accessible area and provided easy access to sites in the city of Flagstaff. I would, however, recommend providing a small gas grill in allowing patrons to BBQ outdoors instead of limiting cooking indoors. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Don’t pass this up!

This property was beautiful. It was perfect for my weekend stay but it would also be perfect long-term if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and developed and the greenery and trees only add to the beauty of the location. Wish I could have stayed longer as this is a perfect place to relax and get away. Ponderosa Guest House

Guest house was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and had paved paths that are part of the Flagstaff Urban Trails network which made for nice evening hiking or walks. Most everything we wanted was within a 20 - 30 minute drive. We would stay there again.
