Villa Dom Perignon boasts 14 ft ceilings complemented by skylights throughout the living room, kitchen and dining space and features genuine leather and wood furnishings throughout.

Set in the heart of Sedona, the home is within minutes to all the famous hikes such as the Devil’s bridge, Mescal trail, Birthing cave, seven sacred pools, Soldiers Pass and Boynton canyon trail and yet close to all the restaurants and amenities Sedona has to offer.

Indoor Space:
Villa Dom Perignon boasts a large open layout with living room, kitchen and dining space seamlessly interconnected. The living room leather sofas and chairs can seat 10 in luxury. The extra-large dining table can host a dinner for 10 comfortably, while the kitchen bar can host 4 more. There is also an additional sofa to seat 4 more to entertain everyone in the group.

The house has 5 bedrooms that accommodate 20 guests easily and is spread out in 2 wings of the house layout, providing privacy for all guests.

The property was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms provided lots of flexibility for adults and children. When they advertise a unit that sleeps 20, there should be enough plates and cutlery to serve that number. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a wonderful house.

Excellent house with 5 bedrooms two of which are like master bedrooms, two large rooms with multiple beds, and one bunkroom that is good for lots of kids. Very clean house, propane gravel heater outside and separate BBQ. Very nice large kitchen that is very well stocked with dishes and silverware. Extremely responsive host and jumped on any question or request we had. Great place for large families or groups of mountain bikers. In a quiet part of town so would not recommend for any party groups that make a lot of noise.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Was very close drive to all of the things we wanted to do and we loved the layout of the house which provided great communal space but also several different places to be: outside patio, game room, etc. the place was clean, beds were ok but not great, and the property manager was very quick to respond when we had questions. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Villa Dom Preignon with the family! This place is huge, very private, quiet and convenient. It is tucked away in a quiet, forested residential neighborhood, but still close enough to all the tourist attractions, outdoor activities, Main Street to easily access shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We enjoyed relaxing and unwinding after full days of hiking with our dogs. Thank you for allowing us to bring our dogs. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommended!

We loved the house and the setup was great for our group—lots of room and beds, super clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook for our entire group!Large living area and dining space, and peaceful outdoor area that we used for dining in the night were all really well thought out for a great experience.Our favorite was the game room and then badminton area in the backyard. I’d totally come back and would recommend this spot to other families, or anyone wanting a special stay to stay and make memories in Sedona.

My extended family (3 families in all!) had a great time staying at this Airbnb. There were plenty of bedrooms – split into 2 sides of the house, so everyone had their own space. We loved spending time together in the family room and the game room. Having a Badminton area in the backyard was a bonus!If you’re traveling to Sedona with a big group, I’d definitely recommend staying here! You can’t find a better value in Sedona.
