Excellent service and very responsive.

Outdoor common areas were filthy. Didn’t see proactive cleaning of elevators between guest use. With Covid I expected to see more strides in sanitization. Didn’t even have hand sani at check in or lobby area. Room was clean, but no sign stating what they have done to ensure health safety. Did offer a welcome ppe kit.

Loved it..clean, quiet and cozy. Love the food options near by within walking distance.

Good location for activities on university of arizona campus

Liked its closeness to Univ of Arizona campus for visits. The room though didn't seem to have a working phone, and some of its furniture (short couch and chair) wasn't particularly useful.

Fire alarm went off at 7am and had everyone evacuated for over an hour after a late night game at U of A. You would think they woulda been quicker to get everything cleared. No offer to make it up to the guests or anything. Will be staying at other hotels for future U of A events

Great hotel across the street from University of Arizona campus

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was quite trendy which was probably lost on us (mid-50 couple). Location was perfect for our needs located equidistant to the wedding venue and reception location. Right across from University of Arizona campus. Overall a great experience.

Great place to stay when we visited University of Arizona. Close by and good restaurant next doo Miss Saigon and bagel bakery. You could hear the road at night, but not a big issue

In town for a college tour for my son, the hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Will be staying at this location again.

Pool area not that nice Staff very nice Close to U of A

Spent two nights. The first night it was pretty loud but still wound up having a great night's rest. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the room was pretty good.

Modern decor. Beds were fairly comfortable. A bit weird having black lights in the elevator, but I'm used to a more traditional decor. Nice courtyard. Had some difficulty figuring out the light switches. Helpful staff

Clean spruced up modern. Kinda like the IKEA of hotels. My only beef was that the lights worked in a series and it was tough to get some of them on, with out all of them in. So I'm walking around the place hitting one switch so some lights aren't all off or on. Basically a design issue. Solid place. I paid 123$ via Orbitz.

The decor is definitely not taking advantage of Tucson history & culture. It would be typical in Germany, though. Lots of grays and purples and very modern. The room was large, the shower huge, the overall ambiance fine. It was very convenient to our destination and the University. The only point I have against the room was the small, uncomfortable, built-in couch - very typical for the style but just not worth sitting on. So only one desk chair for the room.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We, like many businesses, had to wait for much of our supply. We do have hand sanitizer at the desk, wipes and in the rooms the PPE kits you mentioned. We do wipe down our surfaces and make runs through our guest lifts per our checklist. I certainly will address our outside spaces. Again, thank you for your feedback.
