Wonderful location, friendly staff, nice room. The only downside was the lack of WiFi. Normally that would not matter but my daughter specifically needed WiFi for a zoom meeting and we were left scrambling at the last minute to find another option when the WiFi became unavailable.

Access to the Starr Pass Marriott was wonderful.

Beautiful, safe location, and easy commute into Tucson proper. Place was well maintained and staff was friendly.

Reservation and checkin was seamless. Grounds are kept clean and the pool was great! I enjoyed it all!

We have stayed there many times but this time we felt like we weren’t welcomed there. The service was unacceptable and the property was in poor condition. We decided to leave earlier and find another place in town because of the rude treatment by the front desk.

Liked its location and when we needed new linens they brought them quickly but didnt like there was so many people at the pool and we couldn't relax in there even when we scheduled a time, also when we first arrived we wasnt greeted at all the employees was just talking among themselves we had to interuot to get noticed

The air conditioner was very loud and set to limit of 70. It was located in bedroom and didn’t cover the whole unit. The water in shower was Luke warm at best. It was old and dated

The resort met my needs and I would recommend that my friends stay there.

Spacious, quiet, and clean. A little bit dated on the interiors, but for the price a very good deal.

Perfect space for a get away. Family of 4, room for kids and parents. Pool was perfect, gym was east to use. Lovely views.

Signed up for a king bed front desk. but received two queen beds. Ice only available by calling. Pool needed to be cleaned. Views were great and a nice setting. Golf course greens in good condition, trees and brush need to be trimmed over forced carries from the tee.

Wonderful to have a kitchen. Getting ready to remodel so not super clean, but still super nice off season experience.

Property was nice and having a casita type room was lovely too. The rooms were very spacious, but extra seating or a comfortable chair would have been nice. The table space was mostly taken up by the coffee maker so there were no surfaces to place things on. It was great having a microwave/fridge/toaster in the room. The bathroom was dated, but very clean. It would have been great to have chairs or some sort of seating outside to enjoy the views and watch the javelinas roam around. The restaurant was fantastic!!!! and the prices were very reasonable. It has great views of the golf course too.

We enjoyed the staff, but appliances and furniture were out of date. We had to move because the hot water heater was banging fiercely every time cold water replaced usage. Light bulbs were so dim we had to buy stronger wattage to enable us to read. Good service, but a remodel is definitely called for. The rug appeared dirty and frayed. One could get no hint of the magnificent textiles and colors of Arizona. Also, no convenient store anywhere near the facility.

Terrible WiFi. Stayed two nights and no maid service?! Had to pay extra for coffee for the in room coffee maker.

Room was clean, grounds immaculate, staff great. Room very out dated, walls paper thin, tv smaller than my cell phone. Over priced I thought, but well kept.

The location of Starpass Golf, the feeling of desert wildlife around you and the pool were fantastic. The comfort of the suite was not to standard although an attempt to give a native American style was appreciated. Complimentary room cleaning every fourth day? Not exactly my understanding of 4star suites.
