Smelled funny and dirty

I loved the temp home stay appliances. This stay was for a funeral service that many of my family members came from out of town for. We were there a month ago so money was tight for our familes. The hotel offered great rates for 4 rooms and allowed us to save money by cooking our on meals within the rooms. The pool and basketball court was a great outlet for our kids to be kids. The bbq grills and park ramada allowed pur familes to fellowship. Laugh and shed tears. We will always stay here in the future for our family reunions and so on. Such a great staff and great place to stay

It is summer in Arizona. It was an honest mistake that the front desk attendant sent me to a room that's my key would not work for some reason. When I informed her that the key was not working she looked it up and said something was wrong with the lock and would have to change me to another room. She said they wouldn't be able to send someone to fix the locks right. I had already loaded all my stuff to that front door in the AZ summer heat. I understood and was okay with having to move. She never mentioned that there was actually nothing wrong with a lock and that someone else was actually in that room. That individual actually answer the door to my children after I had left to speak to the office about enough opening. Anyway like I said it was an honest mistake. The problem is when we did get to our room from the Heat the AC was broke. And I started out at 84 and never came down it just went up from there. I was told maintenance would come fix it because they knew based on my explanation that it had " Frozen". It never got fixed. You can have a nice room in a beautiful place but I broke a c in Arizona turns all of that down. They should really fix their AC units seeing as they know they have a problem. It is summer and that is not a good look for such a nice hotel.

The space is really small including inside bathroom. Drawers inside of kitchen cabinet and bathroom are all sticky. Both trash can liner was never replenished and inside the trash can has stains and food debris dried up. Fully equipped kitchen lacking cooking utensil. The only available cook ware was one small pan. No other pots or no ovenware even if we had oven. First day we got in, we were out of shampoo refill in the middle of shower. The day before we left, we found a few caterpillars crawling on the carpet under the bed.. We showed the front desk, and she said it could be dust mite,- later we looked it up and it is probably carpet beatles - they suggested have it sprayed, which we refused since we did not want to breathe all the chemical while we are sleeping. I know it was really reasonable price to have kitchen and providing breakfast at the same time, but all the other things above bothered our stay for 1 week. I hope people who plan to stay here would not have too much expectation.

Staff was quick with requests (we wanted extra towels immediately following check in), and kitchen was stocked well to do light cooking.

all like to me and my family it is a very safe property clean, quiet an all the things we need to have a very confortable experience

Great location and nice room size/layout. My main disappointment comes from the fact that there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. I let two different people know during my stay but it did not get fixed. This made it quite difficult to shave...as I hung over the side of the shower tub.

Great location,,close to shops restaurants, bars ,parks

The staff was great, breakfast was excellent, The pool was cool and refreshing.

It was nice to have so much room, and two baths so me and the Mrs. could take showers when we needed to.

Clean and inexpensive, my one night stay was enjoyable. The free breakfast and nicely appointed rooms made me feel at home. Highly recommended.

Spacious room & we'll appointed... Only suggestion would be nonslip surface treatment in the bath tub... A bit slippery

It’s a beautiful place with friendly service. I just think it would be perfect if it was closer to I-8.

Fantastic amenities, hot daily breakfast, friendly staff.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely,
