Everything was great! Air Conditioning in our room didn't get very cold? Made sleeping less enjoyable.

This was a mother and daughter getaway. Beautiful and serene. A bit pricey for what you get. Rooms were clean, had robes, but no slippers. Bartender was slow in the lounge area. Concierge seemed a bit "bothered" when I first approached, but then she warmed up as I began speaking about our reservation for a jeep tour (we are used to overwhelmingly pleasing staff from our visits to Mexican resorts). The airline monitors were not working Monday morning. The chairs had hookups for charging your devices; however, they either didn't work or were not plugged in. The business center printer kept jamming. On the up side, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. They Flying V restaurant was outstanding. The concierge told us the restaurant was booked up all weekend so we could not even make a reservation! She said to try to go early to sit at the bar. We did so, but observed when we arrived that there were many open tables. The bellboy was awesome. He drove us to the Mexican restaurant to eat and picked us up again. Very nice gentleman. The spa could use a larger locker room. It had only 1 small bench and guests were confined to a small area to get to their locker. Not a lot of room to place your things on while changing. Need a large area with a center aisle way lined with benches with the lockers on surrounding walls.

Very peaceful and tranquil. Staff is superb. My brother from Phoenix visited and will be back with his wife for a weekend getaway

Came down for U of A basketball game. Was a very pleasant stay and the room was fantastic.!

Pleasurable and peaceful. Great service from Hotel staff. A beautiful stay in the Fall Season.

Hotel wanted $150 in holding fees in addition to room, room phone, fridge, and air not working, farthest room in hotel and hotel was barely occupied, they did everything within their capability to force me to not return , manager not apologetic., would like to follow up with Loews corporate office

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear loudly as soon as someone turns on the TV. Had a couple get into a magor fight at 1 am and was awakened till they were thrown out ...then was awaken again at 5:30 to the sound of the other rooms TV blaring!!

The hotel and property is gorgeous and the service is wonderful. Tucson's Catalina Hills are beautiful albeit not central. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a great pool and a small hole to a waterfall that flows into a creek through the property. They provide activities from the AZ wildlife museum ( we saw snakes and an owl as we were checking out). Friendly staff as well. Beware the food prices are crazyness, bring your own drinks and snacks at least there is a mini fridge. Your looking at $15 grilled cheeses and $12 8 oz cocktails

Hotel located near upscale retail and dining. Easy access to east and North sides of Tucson. Scenic location.

So I asked about the resort fee? Parking, wifi, gym, you know all the amenities which are free anywhere else. I love hidden costs 25% of the cost of the room, rip off!

This was our second stay there and both times were great, very relaxing and plenty to do, especially watching our granddaughter swim like a fish!

Overall nice hotel. Hotel was not full...checked in very late at night...asked for the best possible room...room was nice, however, in the morning light room overlooked air conditioning units and next to the kids club, hard to imagine there was not a nicer room. Because it was a short stay not worth the effort to repack and asking to move. Grounds are lovely. Location is great.

Our stay at Ventana is always restful yet full of activity, good food and fun! I always leave wishing we could stay an entire week!

Great hotel, with a staff extremely attentive and friendly, and beautiful surroundings. We loved the nature walks right out the back door and into the Sonoran desert. Food and drinks at all of the restaurants and bars was very good. We'd go back to Ventana Canyon in a heartbeat.

Great customer service and great views! The waterfall was romantic and the location was perfect! We will definitely stay again! Thank You!

Evenings were the best...Soft lighting, the sound of falling waters and quiet guests Our happy place:) Dining at the resort for breakfast was an awesome choice. Outside seating and delectable selections started our day off with a smile! We travel a lot, and are a bit picky about our food, so for us , this was a pleasant surprise. The staff was great and the grounds were wonderful. Take the very short walk to the waterfall and sit for a minute to enjoy and unwind.

Hotel is beautiful but somewhat remotely located in the Catalina Foothills. The surrounding grounds are inviting and clean, with interesting hiking trails that introduce you to desert plants. All the staff were polite and helpful, and restaurant service was very good. Restaurant food was superb, and my room was very clean and quiet at night. The only downside is that this place is not inexpensive -- even the bottled water in the room was $8 if I opened it...lots of little extra charges here & there. Only one restaurant in the resort is open for dinner, and my $60 dinner was probably on the lower end of what most folks spend. In summary, it's a great choice if you're not pinching pennies.

Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Weather was awesome. We didn't golf or use the spa but the pools were great. Location is a little or of the way from downtown but was easy to get around by car. Would recommend highly.

We had a family member celebrating a birthday and thanks to Loews Ventana Canyon it was a heavenly spa like adventure. Flavored waters by the pool, beautiful accommodations, an incredible trail behind the resort, all made this the perfect place for a retreat.
