Check in and check out we’re seamless. One minor operator error with the heat system but the host was super “on it” and came over immediately. Plenty of towels, every kitchen appliance and piece of cooking equipment you could possibly need. Full spice cabinet, LOTS of travel artifacts, books and games. She thought of everything! Arrived to a sweet note, water, snacks, bottle of wine, lights on. Beautiful cozy place to stay with ole Thank you of outdoor space for morning coffee or a nice meal!

Its location is safe and snug near some of downtownTucson's most exciting attractions! Erica's communication was seamless. Simple details like the personalized scrabble memo's Erica left for our family in each room was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I appreciated the popular eateries and Things to do around town that Erica provided as well. This home was more than I expected and the energy that filled it is exactly what my soul needed. Moreover, the amenities (AC, full kitchen, washer/dryer) furnishings, decor, books, etc added to the timeless atmosphere which made our stay too comfortable. This was such a wonderful stay for us! Our daughter was having knee surgery and we wanted to be close, since we live a distance away. This home was clean, cool, well stocked, convenient location to everything, thoughtfully arranged for guest comfort, loaded with little notes and gifts and special treats, comfortable, and completely welcoming. Erica was a fabulous, responsive, generous host. She has her roots in Tucson and knows the area well. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance, cookware, utensil, serving bowl, toaster oven, even a Kitchen Aid! You name it, it was there! We were blown away. It's like walking into a home you own! Erica is the BEST! We loved her and her kind and gentle demeanor. If you want a great place to stay, this is it!

Great spot in Sam Hughes area or Tucson

This is a nice cozy unit in a great area of Tucson. You are walking distance to the University and have access to a lot of amenities within a short walk/drive. Erica is an awesome host who provides lots of local area content and is readily available to answer questions or help with any issues that crop up. We will look to stay here again next time we are in Tucson.

We had a great stay with Erica. The house is in a great location and absolutely adorable. The outdoor seating is great, if the weather was cooler we would have spent a lot of time there. There was unfortunately an issue with the refrigerator, but I assume this is a one-off as it was a new refrigerator. Overall it was a great spot for our family!

Very beautifully remodeled, furnished and welcoming home in the heart of Sam Hughes. Everything in terms of kitchen needs was available. Amenenites including shampoo, lotion, towels or anything else possibly needed was generously provided. There was even coffee and tea. Check in was seamless. Perfect instructions. Anniversary Getaway

Erica made us feel right at home in this 1920 pueblo. The home was very clean, full of charm and was fully stocked for our stay. She added personal touches that made our getaway even more special. We highly recommend this little home - we'd love to come back sometime and enjoy it all over again.
