STAY AWAY!!! EXIT CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION!!! Desk staff polite but uninformed.

If your looking for a overnight room at a decent price this hotel will suffice.

The was clean, comfortable, and delightful. Even better was the customer service. When we checked out we were greeted by one of the nicest and happiest employee we have ever encountered in all our travels in the US to hundred of hotels and red roof chains. To leave the hotel with her checkout started our day with brightness!

Staff were very friendly and helpful but this place was dirty and the people staying there were kind of sketchy. The elevator carpet was dirty as were the elevator doors, The door to the room had dirt all over it. The bathtub had a wad of hair in the drain. OK for one night but I probably won't stay here again since there are two other motels close by and if they are $10 a night more but clean then they are worth it.

Red Roof Inn is the only place I want to stay in Tucson. I've stayed in a lot of different places in Tucson and this is the best value.

The room smelled dirty and musty upon checking in. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. I heard a dog barking most the night. Spent one night and woke up covered in hives and having breathing issues. When I asked to change rooms due to allergies I was told all the rooms were pet friendly, not just a block of rooms like most hotels. Obviously they do not clean well enough for me to have such a severe reaction from past pets. I wouldn't doubt there was mold in there as well because of the smell in the room. Checked out immediately that morning.

It was on the weekend but staff could have dumped garbage cans that were in view of patrons.

I was hoping for a bit more. It's not that the place wasn't surface cleaned, but you could see by the carpeting that it had not been cleaned well for some time. The air conditioner/heater wasn't working well. We needed a bit of heat, but it was noisy and smelled bad. Other signs of age included a cracked shower wall and missing grout in some areas. With a little regular maintenance, the place could have been kept up nicely. The hotel provided 24/7 coffee, but not a free continental breakfast. They did have a 10% discount arranged with the Denny's nearby, but when you are traveling, that is not a quick option for breakfast before getting on the road. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Paid a premium for a last minute booking, should have stayed at Motel 8. Hotel in need of a major renovation. Hall carpets bleeding of disinfectant. Room needed a deep cleaning. Beds were firm and not welcoming. Although, the Staff was very welcoming and kind.

This motel was in a good location and was comfortable. It met all the basic needs. The value was good, however cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The bathroom needed work! Filth lined the baseboard, and dry rot along the bath tub added to the experience. Carpets were okay, until I dropped a pen behind the table, and found all kinds of litter behind the table. I will not even go into the hallway stairway with the hole in the wall.

The room was clean. Everything we needed was provided. Staff was friendly and curtious. Would stay there again in the near future.

This hotel is in the NW part of town right off I-10 but very quiet. Pretty new hotel so everything worked well and was very clean and the double bed room was good sized with a great TV. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Compared to the rest of the hotels in Tucson (have stayed at over a dozen) which are in this price range, this is a great buy. Small but nice pool out front.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had a presentation on Tucson and when I was looking for a place to stay around the area everything was super expensive. Luckily I found red roof inn and it was near Tucson and it was at a descent price. There are many good restuarant near this place. I highly recommended for anyone traveling to Tucson

needs a serious scrub down....and was just a very basic accommodation....would not repeat stay if had a choice

Red Roof Inn is the only place I want to stay in Tucson. I've stayed in a lot of different places in Tucson and this is the best value.
