Grounds, golf course and other outdoor facilities were in great shape, very attractive. Room was clean but overdue for updating. Service at golf course bar was poor.

very nice facility, great pool area and hot tub. Had fun in the legends bar and grill too!

We selected this property based on the price (very affordable) and were very pleased when it turned out to be a whole apartment, beautiful design and layout. The grounds are a resort with some people in permanent residence and some in hotel properties that are like very high end duplexes or multi-unit buildings, all one level. Pools, tennis courts and golf, fancy restaurants, spa, couldn't ask for more.

Fabulous stay in a first rate resort. Great rate off season. Staff was very, very attentive. Have already recommended the Omni Resort to friends

This hotel is in poor shape and comes at a high price. The bathroom walls are cracked and loaded with cobwebs. All sinks are stained from hard water and the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable. We left after one night and stayed at a much nicer resort. The bed are old and unit. Everything here is outdated and it seems as nothing is cared for. The shape of the rooms speaks to how the maids clean them. One can only deduce that the lack of upkeep influences a lower standard for all. I would not recommend this place. It is super overpriced and very run down. Most 3 star facilitis in Tucson are in much better shape.

Wonderful place! Beautiful resort, great food (although expensive) and friendly staff!

Our stay was perfect. The location was great and the tennis for my husband was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We already reserved our winter vacation with the family with the Omni Tucson National Resort!

I would book this hotel again if I were returning to Tucson.

We were overall pleased with everything except for the mosquito infestation in our room. Management said they were working in the problem but we didn't enjoy trying to kill mosquitos when we were in the room.

I like this resort and is in a good location. Quiet and clean rooms are a little-dated on decor but no negatives on this stay.

Excellent customer service, spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, delicious foods...a wonderful visit

We really enjoyed our stay, the front desk who helped us checked in really helpful and nice. We definitely will stay here again in the future. Thank you!

1. Our room was overrun with mosquitos. They would hang out by our entry door which is shaded, dark and cooler. Each time the door was opened they would fly in. We notified the front desk who alerted housekeeping who sprayed (we think) but each time the door opened the problem continued. 2. The floors are so thin that we could hear every step our neighbors' above took as well as their music that played late into the night. I was very surprised to have problems like this at a resort of your caliber
