Stayed there for only one day. Property does need some updating but it was a pleasant stay overall. Breakfast had variety of food to choose, heated swimming pool is a plus but was filled with drowning insects. Room was very spacious but had a smell of being sprayed by exterminator. Overall , we have not been disappointed!

The hotel was ok, but I won't be staying there again. The room was dirty and when we pointed it out to staff they did comp a night. The staff was a bit rude, except for one person who was very polite. We stayed for 10 days and they only came to clean once during our stay even though they told us they would clean it every 4 days. We also had to throw out our own trash.

Clean, quiet and very friendly. I enjoyed the stay and will recommend to others.

Check in was just ok. The employee who checked me in was Patrick and he was the least welcoming and rushed everything. When I got to the room I called service for extra sheets and Patrick answered and was very rude. He said I had to go get them myself at the front desk. It’s one thing if you’re in a bad mood, and another if you’re just nice. Horrible service and for the price was very disappointed. Never going back.

Nice property. From outside it looks like run down hotel but the rooms are very good and spacious. Loved the breakfast

2nd time I stayed here; visit parents Regency Circle 1.5 miles. I rent no car. I walk (love it). Walk shop too. Note:Shuttle not available a lot. Microwave was filthy and smelled. Maids forgot coffee cups and wash clothes. Bed, breakfast, room otherwise, all excellent. I will stay here again. Love location.

Nice staff friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and good location to walk to restaurants and stores. Very nice room. Hotel is older and has a little bit of a musty smell in certain parts but nothing too bad. Haven’ Tried breakfast yet but looking forward to that

Just don’t understand how you can have a suite hotel with a nice bedroom and living room and such a very small bathroom with the sink actually in the bedroom area. Terrible planning and we would never stay at this property again.

My experience was positive. I enjoyed my stay. I was able to use the fitness center.

From NJ, I was visiting family who live a mile from DT, and I had no car. I walked ever where; Park Place Mall, Target, Restaurants, Guitar store, Wells Fargo, post office and my Parents. DT location was perfect. First time ever, I have no complaints (fruit juice with the free breakfast would have been nice). My room was great. Clean, layout right, bed comfortable and loved being on the 3rd floor. Odds are great I'll stay here again on my next family visit. Saving on car rental and being able to walk, enjoy Tucson scenery was priceless. Your cities' sidewalks are so clean and the drivers yield the pedestrians!!!!!! I have to hop. skip and jump over trash when I walk in my city and I feel like I am in the Movie Death Race 2000!

Great location, right next to Target. Breakfast could be better.

Thank you for sharing your experience at our property. We apologize you felt dissatisfied with your stay. With our COVID cleaning policies unfortunately housekeeping services are every four days of your stay and must be scheduled with the Front Desk. As far as taking out your trash or having clean towels delivered to your room, if you place them outside of your door our housekeeping team will come and take out your trash for you in the mornings. I do apologize these policies were not properly explained to you at your time of check-in. If there is anything we can do to make this right for you please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know.

Check in was just ok. The employee who checked me in was Patrick and he was the least welcoming and rushed everything.
