Good lace to stay , good breakfast , very friendly staff . Bathroom are little old , rest everything is Very good .

Very friendly staff. Nice clean room. Excellent breakfast.

This site worked well for our group of families the staff was accommodating to the group and to small children who were part of it. Carpet in the room was a bit dirty - only noted because we had one who crawled everywhere and his knees, and foot tops picked it up.

This hotel is in a great location to get to downtime or shopping. The staff were excellent, it is a tired looking hotel, room furnishings is 20 or more years old, bedding is old and it felt it was dirty as a result. No charge for parking. I would likely not re book.

Clean & spacious accommodation. Friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast! Will definitely be back!

The hotel is a bit outdated, but they are remodeling some of the rooms. The suite was pretty big, and the bed was comfortable. The week night happy hour was great. They offer two free drinks and snacks. However, the made to order breakfast was disappointing since it was a typical breakfast buffet and didn't offer any made to order foods.

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a trip to see our extended family. The pool was great for our kids. The rooms had doors leading to the courtyard that I thought would be noisy. I was pleasantly surprised that the property was clean quiet and the breakfast staff were very pleasant. Great value for our family. The building and fixtures are a little dated but that did not detract from our positive experience.

Great room. Pool spa and breakfast was wonderful. Would go back again.

This hotel was the best hotel I've ever visited friendly staff everything you could want. Love the evening drinks ;)

This "Motel" needs to change their name. I have always had great experience staying at Embassy Suites but not this time....The room was dark and outdated....stains in the bath tub, carpet, and believe it or not the ceiling.

This is a good hotel for family. Just I would like tha t the personal staff need to be more in contact whit the client. Thanks

Good could have been better but we enjoyed our time away that's what matters

It was an overall good visit a few thing could have been better with the cleaning in the room

Enjoyed comlimentary breakfast and happy hour. Good location for access to restaurants on foot. Requested non-smoking room, but it was not available upon check-in. We were a bit disappointed about that.

Clean property, helpful staff, enjoyed the breakfasts

Although this hotel needs some updating in the room, the beds were super comfy, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing. We loved the buffet in the AM and that we could eat breakfast outside each day; the manager's reception late afternoon was also a cool way to relax and again, we were outside. The pool was clean and even the lounge chairs were the best! The setting of the pool and the courtyard were great. We asked for a quiet room and were given a 3rd floor one in the back of the hotel. This worked out well and truly was quiet. It really was a place that we would recommend and return to in a heartbeat.

Great pool! We enjoy the full breakfast and the good location to the mall, mount lemmon, U of A and downtown as well as the airport.

Stayed at the hotel for a 3 night stay. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and a very good complementary breakfast. The Staff was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. Quick easy check in and check out. Would stay and recommend.

I had no complains on your hotel and services...I will go back...Made us feel at home...The breakfasts were great...Staff very helpful and pleasant...Felt like home and im anxious to go there again...Thank you all for makin our stay special...

My husband and I were here with our boys, 9 and 11. First, the pool was heated to 86-88 degrees which means you are actually comfortable playing around instead of freezing to death. We were there during a slow time, so no waits for breakfasts. The boys commented on how friendly the guy was who made their pancakes. The glass of wine every evening while you hung out in the hot tub was a true treat. Tons of restaurants in the area. While access to the freeway isn't "pronto", the location for what we did (hiking, air and space museum, titan missile) was good. The rooms had plenty of space for knocking around. I thought it was a great value.
