I liked its proximity to my purpose of visit and i didnt like the maintenance.

The staff is nice We had a room that was not supposed to be noisy but it was quite noisy.

The room was freshly painted, which gave us a headache. It was dusty, too dusty and had bedbugs that feasted on us. Never staying there again.

Was told that I needed to pay an additional fee in addition to what I paid to book the room. Never checked in

I didn't like the room it was horrible. There was no towels no trash can the bed was terrible the sheets wouldn't stay on and the comforter was dirty. There was three bars sticking out of the bed frame and my boyfriend and I hit it numerous times my boyfriend actually hit it so hard he cut open his ankle. It was horrible and they have a no refund policy so we were stuck there for two nights... I went to the store and bought some bleach and lysol because it was filthy oh yeah they didn't even have a phone in the room...

The room was dirty, the shower was dirty, the sheets were stained. There was only one pillow for a king bed. There were two remotes for the TV but neither worked. There was constant noise from what looked like drug dealers staying there permanently. There was Constant police activity. Overall just a very dirty and uncomfortable place to stay. There’s no way to relax and get a good night sleep there. I would never stay there again and I would never let anyone I know stay there.

Not much to like. Many rooms were deserted under repair? Bed linens and rugs were soiled, tvs hard to use, lights sometimes work....what else can you say?

Fast check in room was klean plenty of space pillows are very komfertable so is the bed

The staff here is very nice thank lupita and other staff members for going out of your way too make me and my wife feel comfortable and allowing us too stay very nice clean rooms newly renovated made sure we were talin care of due to my. Situation

Pet friendly, great casual on site restaurant and super economic value

They demanded a credit card on file and charged an additional $100 “just in case”. Now I don’t think that’s too unusual, for a descent hotel. This isn’t a descent hotel. The first room I was sent too, smelled bad, had gross stained carpet, the bathroom has towels on the floor and the largest cockroaches I’ve ever seen in the tub. About 3-4 inches long. There was a crushed roach in the tub (so someone did that and left the body) surrounded by 3 of its closest friends. I assume for the funeral? I went to the desk and demanded a new room. I was given a new room and could tell they are TRYING to fix up the place. It has all new tile. Everywhere. The whole room. Not a carpet or rug to be seen. The room had my king bed up on one side and a large open, nothingness everywhere else. No table. No couch. Just tile. The bathroom was clean and had more tile. No tub, but a nice shower. No hot water though. That’s also new. How does a hotel not have hot water?? And no. It’s not because I couldn’t figure out the handle. It was a simple on/off, 1/4 turn handle. Not much to get wrong. I even let it run for several minutes hoping it would heat up. It didn't. My shower was awful. The king bed has 3 small pillows, lined up, didn’t even cover half the headboard. Sheets were stained. Slept on top of blanket for some semblance of cleanliness. Maybe it will get better. But it will take a lot of work. 1. Demand the remodeled room. 2. Bring your own pillows and bedding.

The coffee machine leaked so no coffee in the room. No hair dryer it was missing. No internet for the first two days. We did have internet on the last day. Vent in bathroom leaked smoke and possibly marijuana which made it hard to breathe. No clothes hangers. Had to go to the front desk to get wash cloths and hand towels on two days. The older lady at the front desk was very nice but the other workers seem to do nothing but gossip. The front desk area is nice but as you walk behind the farther building it looks very delapidated and unsafe. No laundry facilities although there are signs. Not sure what is going on at this hotel?

Lobby looks nice. Rooms with old dirty stained carpet, bed uncomfortable, coffee machine didn’t work and TV was not setup properly. Indifferent staff.had reservations for 2 nights left after only 1 night due to above.
