This beautiful property is located in a secluded neighborhood behind the world renowned Westword Look resort. Have the privacy of your own town home and access to a world class resort just a block away. You'll have access to their pools, restaurants, lap pool, tennis courts and fitness center. This community is a quiet collection of homes with its own private pool. While not senior living, many of the residents are retired and live here part time. Located in an exclusive part of Tucson, the location is second to none. Shopping, restaurants, golf courses and hiking trails are all within minutes. Located just off Ina Road, you will be on the main Northern artery that connects you to the Tucson Mall, I-10, the Catalina Hills Resorts, Oro Valley and Sabina Canyon. The house is fully equipped with a remodeled kitchen, grill, two outdoor patios and a entertainment room downstairs. CDC compliant sanitizing protocols and cleaning of all surfaces in the house by cleaning crew.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
