BRIGHT ARIZONA SUNROOM, near UofA /Banner /Midtown

Bright Arizona Sun Room in Midtown Tucson.

Around the corner from UMC Banner Hospital & Univ of AZ. Studio features lots of windows, a queen bed, sitting area with double lazy boy leather sofa.

This sunroom has a full kitchen with toaster, apt size frig & stove, microwave, blender etc. There are some baking dishes, tupperware, some major spices, coffee, creamer sugar for a few days stay.

The sunroom has a large bath with a walk in shower - with some shampoo and conditioner and gel wash. There are three fluffy towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and there are some additional supplies for first aid and lotions in the closet along with a iron and board.

The space has some peek a boo views of mountains. Decorated in bright colors, special touches and accents.

There is a semi-private patio area with table and chairs, fire pit, and small grill outside the windows. There is also a sitting area outside the bathroom door (however Please dont use bathroom door except for emergencies becuase it jams easily). Its an old bench so please use a blanket for splinters.

The sunroom has back yard parking for one vehicle & Street parking also available for additional cars or oversized vehicles.

The Key box is located on the patio area with a code for flexible check in.

There is a free outdoor laundry area to use. You will have to supply your own soaps and dryer sheets but you are welcome to us any that are there left over from a previous guest. Please not that the hours are between 9 and 9 to be considerate of other guests.

NOTE: this is a SUN Room. The space has LOTS of windows and the curtains do no block out all LIGHT, if you need to sleep in and prefer darker space then you may want to note this.
