I like the fact that they have a little shop that you can do self check out. I like the fact that they have a fitness center on the inside too. I also like the fact that they have breakfast lunch and dinner. I like that they have free wifi , cable , a nice size bedroom two options in the bathroom you can take a shower or a bath. I would recommend this hotel to anyone friends or family
Wall finishing and carpet are old. Many stains and scratches in the furnitures. No housekeeping service if stay less than 5 nights. Requested to take care the trashes but ended up only one trash in the living was changed. Requested to fill up the toilet paper so they put a new roll on top of sink without putting it onto the holder. No service can be expected. The restroom was generally clean though with a deep bathtub.
Very nice hotel and I liked how it’s near downtown Torrance. Also, the drive to redondo beach pier is Close and not far at all.

Shortly after checking into the hotel. My credit card information was hacked from someone in Japan! The same credit card I used to check in. And the only time it was use was just for that. Several Japanese address were added to my account. I called the hotel and all the lady could tell me was it’s not possible.
Hotel gave us a complimentary late checkout at 1pm. Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping staff all above average.
