“The Egret” Newly Remodeled, Ground Level Condo

The condominium has been completely remodeled including the lock-out unit. We have upgraded the interior to include new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and range in the main kitchen. The mini-suite offers a new dishwasher and microwave. The remodel includes new flooring and counter-tops in kitchens and bathrooms new faucets and light fixtures and fresh paint through-out.
The condo is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with bed linens, wash cloths and towels-DO NOT take any towels or linens provided out of the unit. Guest must provide their own beach towels and/or beach blankets. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The full-size kitchen offers everything you will need during your stay.
This spacious ground floor condo with central air/heat is beautifully decorated and provides 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom provides 2 queen size beds with new mattresses and wall mounted flat screen televisions. The living room includes a new sofa and love seat and mounted flat screen. The unit offers complimentary cable and internet. The kitchenette includes 6 chairs and there are 2 bar stools available at eat-in kitchen island.
Sea Trail Plantation offers amenities including 2 pools (small daily fee), 2 resident clubhouses, three 18 hole golf courses, restaurants, library, fitness center, tennis courts and community garden. The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC) is open to the public. Wonderful place.

Enjoyed our family vacation to Sunset Beach. Condo is located close to beach and on property pools. Laundry in unit, 4 queen beds, 2 full baths. Everything we needed to have a great trip.

Great Vacation

We had a great time in Sunset Beach. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, very convenient to everything. The check-in was very easy and the host was great to work with. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

This is a great multi- family unit. We are mid 50’s and were joined by my mother, our two 30 year old children and 1 grand-dog. Plenty of room and never felt to crowded. Pictures are accurate. We had Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we needed to enjoy it. We did change out the HVAC filter as it was black and the new filters were in the closet. I felt unit needs more attention to dusting and sliding class doors need cleaning. The cleaning fee was a lot for the property not to be spotless.

Wonderful vacation!

We stayed at the Egret, and the place was exactly as described! We loved it - very close to the beach and golf, close to North Myrtle Beach, and our dog Gus loved it, too! We would love to stay here again!

Great condo in a nice location

My family had a great week staying at this condo! The location is only a short drive to the beach, and walking distance to the pool. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch at night, and watching the golfers go by in the morning. Condo is very nice and updated, perfect for our family of four.
