I love the location and rooms in this boutique hotel. The parking garage is a plus but the $20 a day per car seems a bit high. Very nice lobby and cafe areas. The staff is always sharp and helpful. The Naked bed concept takes some getting used to. I always seem to be too cold or too warm. Just a simple sheet would be nice. I really enjoy all the room amenities including coffee, robe, slippers and Dash!!

Every day of our 5 day stay had to get room key reprogrammed. Every day told by staff that we should keep key away from credit cards which we know and do. finally last day when clerk had to come to our room and over ride with her key, she admitted that they were having frequent problems with the key system. other wise was a perfect stay.

It was a great place to stay outside of the city center, calm and relaxing but still close to the pulse.

Had an awesome stay at watertown. Love the pineapple water and staff. Super comfy bed. All the toiletries you need provided via pump!

Very clean, efficient, well-run place right on the edge of the U district. Excellent value for the money. Room was amazing, though different from the typical hotel. Great room design.

Hotel is a clean, comfortable and convenient hotel without any bling bling or fancy stuff. We stayed the first week of December. Located in a primarily residential neighborhood, which is clean and appears safe but there are some run-down apartments nearby. Didn't find much desirable restaurants nearby, but there are a number or bars within a few blocks. It's only ~10, less than 15 minutes from downtown Seattle so location is ideal for most purposes. Self-parking is located under the hotel which is very convenient. Street parking is available if you can find space. Staff is super friendly and super helpful. I've interacted with 2 different front desk staff, one for check-in and one with an issue we had. Everything turned out well and resolved quickly and painlessly. We had mixed impressions of our room. No doubt, room was very clean and had everything necessary. However, the decor is a little disappointing. The floor is a contemporary laminate (good), but everything else is made in a '70s wood color and walls are in a yellowy color. The rooms and hotel are pretty new but just the materials and color choices make it look dated. The wall art doesn't help as it's in the same color scheme. Maybe my expectations are a bit off, but rooms are not attractive or inviting. When I walk in, I don't have the "glad to be here" feeling. If one can get over that, this is a great place to stay for business or vacation.

Quick check in, always had water, coffee, snacks at lobby day and evening. Staff was friendly, informative on local attractions, and a willingness to help. Room was clean, exactly as advertised, and had assortment of coffee, tea, and popcorn, at the ready. Our only complaint was a very low water pressure in the bathroom. Quick walk through campus and we took the train to downtown Seattle.

Great location near UW! Clean, simple , modern, good value, fresh room with terrific beds!

The staff was extremely helpful. Not only did they recommend good places to eat, they also gave out coupons to those restaurants . On top of that they helped with directions and the shuttle drops you off all around UW. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall I had a great experience.

I LOVE this hotel. Rooms are fantastic; I've twice been upgraded to a suite at no charge and the suites are amazing. Most comfortable beds I've ever been in. No charge for anything - they even have free bikes (although in Seattle, you'd better be in shape if you're going to bike!). Lots of good food around; plenty to see. Traffic in hotel area not nearly as bad as some other parts of Seattle. Incredibly nice staff.

Downside - must pay for hotel parking and breakfast not included.

We had a great experience! The Pineapple Cafe was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy!

I stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding - for many of us in the wedding party it was our first time visiting Seattle. It was fantastic, nicer in person than how it looks online. The location put us right down the street from the Burke Museum and within walking distance of just about everything you would need. The immediate area begs to be explored, and the staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable on how to get around and what to look at. Between sightseeing you could spend an afternoon in the lobby just relaxing in the sitting area. The rooms were nicely furnished - I myself had a double and was honestly surprised at how much space there was - and I liked being able to see all the way down to the Space Needle at my window. Great great place, highly recommended.

I was in town for an orientation at UW and the hotel was conveniently close to the university, just a 10 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the cafe in the lobby, great for getting an early morning breakfast or coffee.

Liked the proximity to school. Loved the duvets! Yellow is my favorite color.

We were in town for a wedding. We had never used this service before and it turned out to be a great experience. The hotel was beautiful and colorful. The room was clean and comfortable and so pretty, with a great view. The staff was friendly and professional. We had a great time and the wedding was wonderful!

The Watertown Hotel is nicely locate in Seattle's University District, which makes it easy to access all areas in and around the city. Free secured parking is a bonus. Watertown also has free shuttle service to downtown and other nearby areas. The rooms are clean, and the beds very comfortable. If you want luxury and spa services onsite, this isn't for you. But if you're an on-the-go travelers, you can't beat this place.

I loved the Pineapple experience. This hotel was better than anything I have stayed at in this price range. Rooms had European style duvets, with a stuffed husky that greets you when you enter. They have Keurig coffee makers in the room and a minifrdige. And each afternoon they put cupcakes in the lobby. Plus the staff were super friendly and offered any service you needed.

This hotel was in a great location for us as I was traveling to Seattle for a trip to the University of Washington. The room was nice, very modern style. The bed was comfortable but the way they presented the bed was extremely weird -they had 2 duvet comforters that were folded on top of the bed side-by-side. it required you to unfold them and lay them out in order to get ready for bed and they were 2 twin size duvets instead of one big one. Pretty weird in my opinion and then there were no sheets -you had a fitted sheet and these 2 comforters, which were quite hot, so I woke up sweating. Also a hot tub would have been nice but there was not one. Pros-Great location, keurig coffee maker in room, microwave and refrigerator. free underground parking is always a bonus. It was a nice hotel overall but I just don't think I would stay there again because of the weird bedding situation

The hotel provided awesome service and amenities. The room is spacey and clean. It also provides with almost everything you need: microwave, hair drier, coffee maker and a refrigerator. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They provide water (with nice smell of pineapple) 24h and coffee and tasty cupcake every afternoon. The only thing that is not perfect is that the U-district in Seattle is not the best community, but if you want to be very close to the University of Washington, this hotel would be an ideal choice.
