Acceptable stay. Older hotel that has been refurbished.

Nice hotel in a lousy location. Busy area, with lots on hobos in the area. The room was clean.

This is not 5 star hotel and doesn't pretend to be, but for the price it can't be beat. My room was clean, soaking tub was nice, staff was friendly, and hotel and parking lot were very brightly lit at night to discourage unsavory activities. There are a lot of cheaper hotels just west on Aurora, but they are super sketchy. There are some nicer hotels just south, but they are over a hundred a night more expensive. This hotel is at a sweet spot in between the two.

the hotel was fine. parking was a bit of a challenge and the elevators were old, small and did not work well.

Room was not clean. Found half eaten burrito in fridge, used towel on toilet seat, And hair on the bathroom floor.

Easy staying. Breakfast is quite simple.........cleaning is just so so

The place was smelly, the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. They couldn't find my reservation.

Reserved the room on Orbitz more than a week in advance. On the day of the hotel stay, a staff from the hotel calls me up for no reason on the day of the reservation asking me to confirm that I will be staying at the hotel, I told them yes and I told them what time we will be checking in. When we got to the hotel, the hotel cannot find the reservation. Hotel front desk clerk was completely lost, didn't know what to do, and have no idea how to help us. When we asked for the manager to help, he was rude and unhelpful. Apparently the reservation was "lost". Apparently there's still rooms in the hotel, but they are ask us to re-book a new room for something like $50 extra for the night. But why not tell us on the phone earlier in the day to confirm the reservation? Why call us up out of the blue to confirm the stay, only to tell us when we show up that they don't have the reservation? It's totally unusual and nothing made sense other than the hotel trying pull some weird shenanigans. Sounds like they're trying to extort extra money from us. To that, we said "Hell No." The room was for an elderly lady in her 70's, who's been up and travelling since 4 AM that morning, arriving in a new city she's never been to, and have been dragging around luggage. Imagine you had to ask your grandma to do this and show up at a hotel, and face a situation like this.

Near all the good eateries and pier. Ask for room facing the river. ours wasnt. Junk view .

I needed a hotel to stay at while I took some testing. This was the closest hotel. When I checked in I was told that there was an issue with the boiler and that “You may have hot water or you may not.” The boiler issue wasn’t supposed to be fixed till the next day. I asked if I could possibly get a discount on my room, since I may not be able to shower the entire time of my stay. I was told that since I booked through Orbitz, they couldn’t do anything for me. Since my stay, I am having to deal with credit card charges from the credit card hold they put on my card. They have not refunded me all my money. I have called twice and got nowhere.

The hydrotherapy hot tub was nice. Wish it was more self explanatory to use but it was great!

Beside the fact that it was very cold in the room when we arrived, everything was just fine

The hotel check in was smooth and quick, but we were disappointed to hear that the pool and spa was closed. We always book hotels with pools for our kids and spas because on vacation, well, we like to relax. We selected this hotel over another because of the pool. When we got there we were informed that it was closed, even though the website said differently. The rooms were clean and looked like they had been recently updated, but they were VERY small. Not a big deal since we didn't spend a ton of time in the room. We found that being outside downtown Seattle was a nice touch, not as much traffic or noise in that area of town - also very close to the mall and I-5. Getting in and out of the hotel was a bit of a nightmare since there is a huge median that prevents you from turning directly into the hotel so you end up having to do a lot of turn-arounds to get into the parking area. Also, there is a nice place to eat in front of the hotel that has pretty good food, but there is not enough parking for how busy that restaurant is AND the hotel guests. The breakfast was good and the selection of breakfast foods was good. Everything from basic breakfast to vegitirian and gluten free. All in all, if you are on a budget it's a good place to stay. But I think next time we will spring for a hotel that has a bit more room in their rooms, better parking, better accessibility and that updates their information letting people know when the pool is closed.

We were experienced the bedbugs in this hotel. The bed sheet is very smelly like some one peed in there. The pillow sheet is smelly too. Overall these need to be changed.

Wonderful staff; clean room; nice amenities; great breakfast. Will definitely return.

Good hotel free parking and only 15 to 20 mins from downtown and 10 mins from UW medical center

The elevator was out of order for a full day, and I was on the third floor. Breakfast was very average. The staff, however, was very nice, and my room was kept clean and serviced daily. Location is great for what I need, and I will stay there again! The biggest down side is the room doors are on the exterior of the hotel. I prefer hallway doors.

The staff was friendly and the hotel good overall, but there were a few small things I noticed and when we first checked in they put us in a room that wasn't fully cleaned yet. They quickly moved us and it ended well.

Came to Seattle to visit family. This was our first trip. I would stay here again. Good value for the price and we were in no rush to go anywhere. All amenities are close by. We have a daughter with severe food allergies and always stay close by an ER if needed. Closest hospital ER was .8 miles away.

After our wonderful check in experience, things weren't as great. The room was fine, but when we returned around 5pm the next day from our day out, our room had still not been attended to by staff. At about 6pm, we received a knock on the door so we were able to get clean towels at that point. Not having a bed made and clean towels when you return from a day out, doesn't sit too well with me. This was the one major issue I had and upon check out, I wasn't even asked how my stay was.
