the pros are the area is super nice and the staff was overall friendly however our room barely got cleaned and the humidity in the rooms were awful the sheets were often wet i know island life but the rooms could use a humidifier as well. we moved rooms after finding cockroaches in our first room just to find more in the shower of the other we moved to luckily we were leaving the next day… the breakfast was ok but a wide spread but ok the pool area was small and the bathrooms were extremely small the wooden doors were heavy and some rooms were more updated than others as we saw with the second room we were moved to.. the area is good and close to a lot of shopping and dining. For it to be a last minute trip to visit with family it was okay but the price is not worth it for what you get in my opinion
Very noisy AC from the bathroom that couldn't turn off. Did NOT appreciate an extra $34 Service charge upon check in.
Nice place the only issue is the toilet is so close to the wall makes it difficult if your really tall.
Overall a great location for the price. One concern was that the hotel was loud.
They are updating a lot. It is a nice place and so far they are doing a great job. The elevator needs cleaning and updated. The pool is so cold nobody uses it. The bathroom in rooms are tiny. Over all though it was clean, staff was friendly, and it has an okay breakfast.

elevator are small and sometimes you have to wait. Also the same food everyday for breakfast. The other Holiday inns have much more to choice from.
