Our room was situated at the end of the hall, near the side entrance/exit and next to the stairwell. There is very little sound proofing of the rooms because we could hear everything going on around us. We could hear people walking in the upstairs hallway, people walking up and down the stairs, and people entering and exiting the side door. Not a big deal during the day, but at 11, 12, 1 in the morning it can be very disturbing. On our second night our bathroom toilet backed up. I called the desk and was told that someone would be right down. We waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. I had to walk down to the front desk and find the desk clerk. When I found him, he just handed me a plunger. We understand that COVID can make some of their regular amenities not possible and our room was supposed to come with a breakfast buffet. But because of COVID, all we received was a bag with a banana and prepackaged muffin and a bottle of water. I would think that the hotel could have done a little better than that.

Double beds were very small and of poor quality. Not a good night's sleep.

Clean. Convenient. Love the indoor pool and hot tub. Strong chlorine, need to balance chemical. Lobby has good hang out area. Order food from outside. No restaurant. Free breakfast is good. Has veggies and salsa. Will be back.

Our stay was fine. The staff was very friendly. Our room smelled terrible and we couldn’t figure out what it was and the kids were already asleep so we had to deal with it and tell them in the morning. We pulled out the couch bed to use and found a bag of old French fries smashed in there so pretty sure that was part of the terrible smell. Otherwise, the place seemed fairly clean.

This hotel was convenient, easy to find and an all around excellent choice. Free airport shuttle, wonderful free breakfast and 24 hour coffee. Also noticed their environmentally friendly policies. Staff was top notch too.

We were 3 comedians in town for a quick show at UC Davis. We landed at noon and called for the airport shuttle where an awesome man named Singh picked us up. (You have to call hotel for pick up arrangements and you have to alert front desk for transportation back to airport, as they only leave every hour). Even though we were earlier than what check in time was, we were quickly accommodated. The staff was INCREDIBLE, very helpful and polite. Our room had 2 full size beds (even though they describe them as "twin") and a sofa. I really liked that the toilet and shower were separate from the sink, so that we all didn't have to wait on each other to wash up. Sleep was sound and comfortable, I pulled out the sofa bed to see how the mattress was, and even though it was decent (it didn't have a dip or feel like I was sleeping on springs, even though that's what those mattresses tend to be) I opted to sleep on the sofa and it was fine. There was a noise issue during the day from the room above us, it felt like there was barely sound insulation as the room above had a kid bouncing a ball or something. But during the night, it was quiet.

My group stayed 3 nights here and it was an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodated us to all of our request. Highly recommend them.

Staff was great especially our shuttle driver. We were happy with the room and the breakfast was outstanding

Very nice hotel for price I paid. Will stay again if in the area.

Facility is neat and clean. Staff was great. I had a room with two double beds. The beds were small but they were comfortable.
